Pour un peu de contexte : je suis une femme noire de 23 ans, et j'ai séjourné seule dans cet hôtel à Hawaï. Franchement, j'étais un peu stressée, mais l'hôtel était vraiment bien et je me sentais en sécurité. Il y avait toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil, à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit, qui faisait attention à moi. En plus, je ne parle pas très bien anglais, et le personnel a vraiment essayé de me comprendre et de m'aider, toujours avec le sourire.
Très bien situé. Lits confortables. Près de la plage.
Meubles et décor désuets auraient besoin d’être modernisés. La barre de douche était rouillée.

Beste Lage zum Strand, Blick über Zoo zum Diamand Head. Wir haben es direkt für unseren zweiten Aufenthalt in Waikiki noch mal gebucht. Überzeugt hat uns auch das bequeme Bett, Fitnessstudio, Strand-Handtücher, Cooperation mit einem Stuhl + Sonnenschirm verleih direkt um die Ecke. Wasserspender. Waschmaschine, Trockner. Hilfsbereites Personal. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen.
Es fehlt im Zimmer die Möglichkeit nasse Wäsche aufzuhängen. Wäscheleine o.ä. würde helfen. ;)
