we really enjoyed it! It was what we needed!
Pros:

Location is quiet, always a parking spot to find. The pool was so nice and clean with special towels available. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the balcony is so nice to sit in the morning and at night. The hotel restaurant serves basic food and drinks. But that was more than enough for us. The proximity to the beach was nice.

Cons:

The bathroom needs an update, but it was clean and tidy!

Das Apartment war geräumig, es gab Parkplätze vor dem Haus, der Rezeptionsbereich hat Charme

Cons:

Das Apartment war nicht sauber (Staubmäuse und Haare im Bad, Flecken auf der Bettdecke), tagelang kein warmes Wasser, Personal eher unmotiviert

Pros:

Very cooperative staff, big family room (for 4-5 people), balcony with view , full kitchen, plenty of parking. Prepared for us breakfast on a tray for our checking out very early in the morning.

Cons:

the mattresses are very hard, bathroom a bit small but with a quick hot water device-very convenient.

Für die Ausstattung etwas zu teuer. Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Stand.
Klimaanlage vorhanden. Alle zwei Tage neue Handtücher. Tolle Gemeinschaftsdachterrasse mit Blick auf die Berge.
Gym vorhanden.

Cons:

Es hätte sauberer sein können. Staubig und der Boden war nicht sauber.
Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen und die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr minimalistisch (stumpfe Messer, abgezähltes Besteck für 2 Personen, Beschichtung der Pfanne kaputt)
Pool zwar vorhanden, aber dauerhaft im Schatten, sodass trotz 32°C Außentemperatur man dort nicht schwimmen bzw. liegen konnte.

1. Very nice staff. 2. Good location, if you want beach and sun its within minutes of walk. Restaurants including pita, seafood or German beer - same as beach, within minutes.
