Nice location, area was very quiet and calm compared to other areas of Dallas. Everything was in easy reach of a car. Room was clean and breakfast good with plenty of choice whether you wanted warm or cold.
Loved the location and staff was VERY helpful and friendly.
They messed up running my card and now I have a very large pending charge of funds that I needed for the rest of our vacation.

Dewey couldn't happen nicer. Also we really appreciate the afternoon van driver. He not only picked us up from the airport but took us to Gloria's for dinner and picked us up.

Dewey was awesome from the time I walked in to the time I left the hotel! Stopped in the hotel to have some drinks at the bar with a guest of the hotel, Dewey went above and beyond to service us and help the other guests that were needing assistance!!

We made a last minute reservation at the Hyatt Palace Dallas/ Las Colinas and were very happy we did. As frequent travelers we stay at hotels all across the nation. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Dewey and his enthusiastic energetic welcoming disposition.
