charged twice, terrible customer service
Pros:

got charged twice on the last night of my three night stay. front desk insisting that I was charged properly no matter what I say over the phone. never seen anything like this before

If only for 1 night
Pros:

Staff needs retraining in hospitality, the phobia didn't work in room, Do not use bar unless you want to be disappointed. 3 people complained about hotel while checking in. The absolute worst hotel check in ever.

Pros:

This Hyatt Place was just okay. It looks like they updated parts of it but it still feels old.
There aren’t many food choices. Breakfast is the main option. They do have a few things at night, but they don’t really tell guests about them. They also said we couldn’t charge food or drinks to our room, which I’ve never seen at a Hyatt before. By not letting us charge food or drinks to our room as incidentals we couldn't get points on the spending.
The biggest problem was the room availability. My husband has Hyatt Globalist status. We has a confirmed check in at 9 AM but our room wasn’t ready until 1:30 PM. On the morning of our departure wee asked for a 4 PM checkout, which is supposed to be guaranteed as a Globalist, but they only gave us 2:30 PM.
It felt like this hotel wants Hyatt guests but doesn’t follow the usual Hyatt rules.

Pros:

Dewey at the front desk hotel staff was very professional, very helpful and overall highly pleasant. Recommend him. Helped us out a lot since our flight had got cancelled due to severe weather and we needed a place to stay last minute while we waited on the next flight out from the close by DFW airport. Nice hotel with general amenities.

A very welcoming stay in Los Colinas
Pros:

The staff at this location are outstanding - so friendly, engaging, helpful, and courteous. Irina and Monica were amazing and made us feel so welcomed. The room was very nice and the breakfast so plentiful and yummy - there was something for all tastes.
We highly recommend this hotel in Los Colinas

Pros:

This was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was well appointed, but a little dated with popcorn ceiling and the bathroom sink with no door to separate it from being right in front of the bed. Breakfast was nice, but they charge for a cup of plain coffee! Couldn't believe it.
