Système de clim qui ne fonctionne pas, 27º la nuit dans la chambre, malgré notre signalement. Aucun geste commercial de la part de l'équipe.

A l'arrivée on nous a donné une chambre déjà occupée, nous avons perdu plus d'une heure à attendre pour être redirigé vers une autre chambre.

موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا
لكن مستوى النظافة والخدمات لا تصل للمستوى المطلوب
مخدات النوم كانت متسخة من الداخل وصفراء، الضيافة سيئة جدا حتى الابجديات لم تكن متوفرة مثل ماء الشرب
كيس الغسيل لم يكن متوفر
الفندق لا يشفع له سوا موقعه والطاقم فقط
اخترته في مناسبة مهمة وهي شهر العسل وللأسف لم اوفق
علاوة على ذلك السعر غالي جدا ويصف في مصاف اسعار الفنادق العالمية
لا انصح به البته
