Above average but nothing spectacular
Pros:

The room is not sound proofed you can hear everything. Other hotels offer the same service and breakfast offerings this wasn’t that special of an experience.

Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was well organized, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel looks spacious and very welcoming, the reception desk staff are nice and police. The location is perfect - every destination in the city center is walkable. The room itself was cosy, clean and comfy. Huge beds. Very nice bathroom, though not very big but well organized. The email communication with the hotel was a very positive experience as well, I had a few extra requests which were fully provided. Thanks!

The breakfast variety could be improved, specifically the offering of baked items and fruits. The vegetables offering was quite basic.

A daily water supply is a nice touch, we loved it.

Cons:

1. The air-conditioning was not good enough. Also set to 16C, the room temperature was 24-25C, which was quite hot frankly. Plus the air-conditiong often just stopped. I've complained to the reception and asked for a technician but nothing has changed after their visit
2. There's a constant unpleasant background sewage smell in the bathroom. We had 2 rooms, and both had the same problem
