Perfect, the reception girl who checked us out and the waiter that knows Hebrew was very good
Pros:

Pre arrival I asked for some bedding preferences, I’ve got more than I expected, the king size bed was super comfy and I really slept like king the room is ultra well innovated and the waiter who what in Thursday knew little bit Hebrew and his service was beyond any expectation the food of the breakfast was also delicious.

אין באמת סאונה וחדר כושר, הם סגורים וצריכים לבקש במיוחד שיפתחו, אני ביקשתי קבענו שעה שיהיה פתוח אבל שהגעתי היה סגור אז לצערי ויתרתי, לא סידרו את החדר כל יום רק שהתעקשתי אז סידרו

Un véritable bonheur
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville à pied. Tout est à proximité et surtout dans une rue calme afin de ne pas subir les nuisances sonores nocturnes.
La déco est magnifique, les produits sont de qualité (serviettes douces et grandes, chaussons moelleux…
Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et avenant et le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux. Nous avons regretté de ne pas l’avoir pris avec la chambre. Ne faites surtout pas cette erreur!
Les équipements de la salle de sport aussi sont très bien et agréable à utiliser.

Cons:

Le ménage était bâclé et très sommaire, du moins pas à la hauteur d’un établissement 5*. Plusieurs fois nous avons trouvé de la poussière à certains endroits de la chambre et parfois le nécessaire de toilette n’était pas rechargé.
Le lit était beaucoup trop dur pour nous et les oreillers trop mous.
Dommage que la carte du restaurant ne propose pas de plat avec du poisson frais. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu y manger.

Good value for money
Pros:

The staff at the reception were polite and helpfull.The breakfast was very good, and the hotel itself is very nice.

Cons:

The bed in the tween room wasn't comfortable. It was verry narrow and the mattress was verry thick and made the bed very high and difficult to climb into.
No shower cap in the bathroom.

A welcoming hotel in a beautiful and interesting city.
Pros:

Brilliant location, friendly staff and a lovely room with a great view and little balcony. Staff were very professional and welcoming and the hotel bar is a brilliant space to spend some time.

تصميم جميل ومودرن ولكن الخدمه واسلوب الموظفين لايرتقي للخمس نجوم

اول ليله لم تكن مريحه بسبب الازعاج العوازل ضعيفه وتعطل الاضاءه في دوره المياه، ثاني يوم اخبرتهم بالمشكله واخبروني سيتم تغير الغرف للعلم حجزنا غرفتين، واخبرني لو تاخذ غرفه اكبر برسوم اضافيه، عاده الفنادق المحترمه بعد تعرضك لمشكله تود ارضائك بأي طريقه، ووقت تسجيل الخروج اخبرتني المسؤوله 'لوسي' بأسلوب غير مهذب وعنصري في حال خروجك الساعه الواحده ظهرا تدفع عشره يورو!! فعلا فندق انتهازي يبحث عن اي مال اضافي، لكن الموظف 'دانيل' محترم وخدوم.

4 nights in prague....the Grand old city
Pros:

The location was good . Close to wenceslas square but 15 20 mins walking from old town.
The hotel was clean but pretty basic.

Cons:

It was advertised as a Michelin key hotel so expected a little more pizzaz. Didn't expect a bare hotel.

Kindlasti tuleksime siia hotelli tagasi. Super asukoht ja väga abivalmis teenindajad.
Pros:

Rõdu oli pisut väsinud ilmega ja kitsas, aga kõik muu oli suurepärane. Asukoht, teenindus, hubasus- super! Hommikusöök oli värske ja väga maitsev, sai valida nii a la carte kui ka buffet, kõik hinna sees. meile väga meeldis.

Rõdu oli väga väike ja veidi kulunud välimusega
