Pros:

Het eten in het restaurant voldeed en alle verwachtingen. Heel lekker en verzorgd. Heel uitgebreide wijnkaart waar we uiterst blij mee waren.

Cons:

Er werd deze week over geschakeld van verwarming naar airco. In onze kamer was het daardoor heel ons verblijf niet minder dan 26°C. Kamer koelen kon alleen door een ventilator te plaatsen en het raam open zetten tijdens de nacht wat niet comfortabel was.

Great location, clean, and comfortable. Good value for money

Cons:

The room was too hot and not adjustable. The front desk said that it was centrally controlled and even though it was hot days they couldn’t turn the temperature down. So unfortunately we didn’t sleep well which is kind of the point of a hotel

Thrilling experience of art and architecture
Pros:

The combination of amazing architecture, fantastic renovation and art. Food quality was superb. The stuff was extremely friendly as well.

Schönes und zentrales Hotel mit technischem Problem
Pros:

Die Lage war unschlagbar! Die Einrichtung, das Frühstück und das Bett alles top.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht kühlen, sodass wir teilweise 27,5 Grad im Zimmer hatten. Das Management konnte nicht viel machen, da die Klimaanlage wohl von der Technik auf Heizen eingestellt war und dies nur von einem Techniker behoben werden konnte. 🙈 Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel!

Le petit dejeuner est top avec un très large choix et le personnel très à l’ecoute.
L’hotel est super bien situé. On peut faire pleins de choses à pied.
La salle de sport est très fonctionnelle.

Ein Furz
Pros:

Ist recht nah am Touristenzentrum durch die ganzen Baustellen und schlechten Strassen nicht gut gelegen.

Cons:

Check in 15.00 Uhr ist die Entscheidung vom Hotel. Bei Ankunft um 17.00 Uhr ein volles Parkhaus ist dann nicht mehr nur Entscheidung. Haben weit entfernt für 41 Euro 24 h geparkt und sind mit Taschen quer durch die Innenstadt. Zimmer 622 bei Ankunft 26 Grad und auf Bitte die Klimaanlage anzustellen eine Nacht bei 25,5 Grad nicht geschlafen. Die Bar spielt laute 80 er Jahre Discomusik die non alcoholic Cocktails sind ein Witz schon die Grösse und erst recht der Inhalt. Am Samstag Vormittag hat es im Empfangsbereich die ganze Zeit nach Furz gerochen und auf die Bemerkung zur Klimaanlage wurden uns beim Checkout die Jahreszeiten erklärt...Wer ein Parkhaus überfülltes Survivalwabdercamp mit Furzgeruch sucht wird hier fündig. Auch für klimanaive Touristen noch geeignet. Ansinsten sind hier 5 Sterne gut versteckt.
