Estadia confortável, localização perfeita.
Pros:

O hotel superou minhas expectativas. A localização é perfeita, conseguimos fazer tudo caminhando. O quarto é amplo e confortável. A vista para o canal é um diferencial. Fomos atendidos pela Laura e Antonio de uma forma maravilhosa. Super atenciosos e prestativos. Isso fez nossa experiencia muito melhor. Voltando a Chicago ficarei novamente neste hotel.

Sem queixas. Tudo perfeito!

Highly recommended.
Pros:

Great location near the river, shopping and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room was large and comfortable with fantastic views.

Cons:

One of the elevators was out of service, leaving only one elevator. That led to long wait times In the morning.
