Incroyable hôtel au cœur de Chicago
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé. La chambre avec vue sur la rivière, La literie, la salle de bain. L’emplacement qui permet de tout faire à pied. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et gentil. Un grand merci à Honey qui nous a procuré tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les valets sont très sympathiques et serviables. L’hôtel offre également toute la journée des cafés avec une très bonne machine qui fait d’excellents cappuccino ou Latte. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel . Pour moi, un des meilleurs de Chicago.

Generally, good value for money.
Pros:

The location was just excellent, right in the centre and very close to the main attractions. The room was really big and well equipped. I rally liked the complimentary coffee, which was available all day long.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that breakfast wasn't included in the proce and it was really expensive.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely. The room was nice and it was very clean. The location was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator was working, so there was a little extra wait for that.

The ambiance of the lobby and the room was so pretty. I had a city view which really amplified the stay

Pros:

Warmly decorated hotel featuring some beautiful furniture pieces and atmospheric lighting all in a cosy design vibe. Friendly welcome by reception.
Excellent location. One of the best beds I have slept in for a long time in a hotel. Spacious rooms.
Have a cocktail at the bar in their in house restaurant. They are to die for!

Cons:

Room was a little noisy being located on the lower level but hey; it’s a city what can you say..and what a city!

This hotel is smaller than other big name hotel brands, but the staff gave extra attention to detail
Pros:

I loved having a room with a River View. The window seating area was something I've never experienced in a hotel room. My girlfriend loved it and we sat at the window during sunset, and into the night. Again, we stared out the window in the morning while drinking coffee before checkout.

Amazing, the staff were super friendly especially the door man!
Pros:

This property was in an amazing location, super easy to get to from the airport and really easy to walk to the shops or restaurants.

Cons:

It was slightly noisy at night and the walls were thin as you could hear the TV next door.

Absolute Empfehlung in Downtown
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, toll die gepolsterte Fensterbank mit Ausblick, bequemes Bett, super sauber, gutes Frühstück im Restaurant Perilla.

Cons:

Es ist nicht ganz leise, Downtown halt. Aber nachts total ok.

Pros:

The interior design is really nice! I liked the sport items in a room. Something so simple but made me feel cared about.

Cons:

Mattress is a little too soft for me. But I prefer hards ones only. It was ok for one night but idk if I could sleep longer on that bed. Pillows were decent.

Cons:

Attention. Si vous avec petit déjeuner inclus ce n’est pas tout à fait vrai. En fait vous le prenez dans le restaurant Coréen à côté et vous avez un crédit de 50 $ pour 2 . Mais vu les prix exorbitants + taxes + tips obligatoires vous pouvez vite mettre de votre poche 20 à 30 dollars / jour sans problème en sus alors que le petit déjeuner était inclus au départ . C’est donc mensonger !!!
