Pros:

Pros:

The room is spacious, and the bathroom is big too! Love the food from the restaurant in the lobby! The lobby is cozy, love it. Also, didn't expect this; the bellboy even helped us carry our luggage and open the Uber doors for us, making us feel like special guests. The most important thing was the location, location, location! Walkable to most of the tourist spots, very convenient!

Cons:

The elevator only has 2, and only 1 was working, so it always took a long time to wait for the elevator. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby, but it was broken half the time we stayed at the hotel; it was still not available until we left. Everything else was perfect, but I only hope they can fix the broken things promptly!

Pros:

Tolle große Zimmer mit gemütlichen Betten und tollem Ausblick. Es gibt sogar eine Yogamatte im Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal und unschlagbare Lage Downtown Chicago. Wir können das L7 wärmstens empfehlen.

Overpriced boutique hotel but great location
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Complimentary coffee machine till 6pm is a nice touch.

Cons:

It’s not a proper hotel. No services in hotel. An overpriced restaurant next door for a very basic breakfast. Laundry goes to a third party shop. Booking.com says prices include all taxes and fees yet hotel charged me taxes at check out.
