I don’t want to stay at any other hotel in Chicago on my next visit.
Pros:

It was in the perfect location, we walked everywhere and the hotel was never too far of a walk away! The staff were exceptional! They all went above and beyond and were all so sweet. Antonio, Alex, and Julian all need raises!!

Cons:

The ice machine had mold in the nozzle. So unfortunately I was unable to get ice.

Centrally located for shopping and nightlife.
Pros:

Location is great. The river view is not full on view. It's just off the street where you would get an unobstructed river view. Rooms are very nice and a good size. Tall ceilings and great amenitities. They have all the soaps etc. I really liked that they had actual coffee mugs for coffee and glass for wine if you want to imbibe.

It was all good.

Comfortable elegance.
Pros:

The view with window seats was unbelievably special. The decor was modern and elegant and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly.

Cons:

The room was not quite fully set up for us when we arrived and it took several visits from housekeeping and engineering to get everything working, but once they did, it was a phenomenal stay.
