Don’t be fooled by the photos and thr brand.

Location was pretty good

Cons:

The staff working there:
- Some lobby staff pretended to be busy
- Valet staff (a guy called Antonio) with a hat on, only served the people with nice clothes on. In fact he was excessively kind to them. He didnt really care about others.
- They only had 2 elevators but then again they didnt bother to fix the one that was not in operation. There was alway a massive elevator traffic jam.
- I asked for a room on the high floor with a propert city view. Unfortunately that was not what I was given. The lobby staff didnt even care.
- None of the staff really appeared to be professionally trained to be honest.
- They send out a survey but then again they don’t give a bs about it.

Cute, Comfy, and Convenient
Pros:

Loved the aesthetic and how nice and accommodating the staff were. Julius and Megan were awesome! We visited Perilla (the new Korean Steakhouse on site) several times a day for drinks, and they were all very good! The room itself was spacious and pretty. Steamer worked really well. Bed was super comfortable. Absolutely love the hotel's proximity to everything! Most things we wanted to visit were in walking distance.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working during our stay.
