Perfect weekend out of town.
Pros:

Great sized room given Chicago. Under new ownership they did a beautiful job with the renovation. They also retained the doorman Antonio who's the best! Excellent location and beautiful view. Easy walking distance to a lot of attractions. Price for valet parking with in's and out's was a great value and actually cheaper than near by lots.

Cons:

The bed was a little soft for me but that is just a personal preference. Everything south of the hotel gets a little more dicey but that isn't the hotels fault. Would have liked to get a later check out but all they could accommodate was an extra half hour.

Perfection on Wabash
Pros:

I was 1/2 a block from my meeting location. This hotel had it all....clean updated interior design, great city view, spacious room, great price and an incredibly courteous and helpful staff. L7 knocked it out of the park and I will most definitely stay there again.

Cons:

N/A....nothing to dislike about my stay.

Chicago Weekend Trip
Pros:

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable bedding. It was a great location overall.

Cons:

There really wasn't much not to like. The only thing was when ordering food from the restaurant to be delivered to our room, it took a little too long to be delivered to our room and the food was cold.

Would stay again
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious with good light, a good amount of counter space, and multiple good mirrors. Appreciated the in room tea set up, the yoga mat, and the mini fridge. The staff was so kind, and the space really felt welcoming. I also appreciated the outdoor enclosed space where you could wait for transport without being directly in the elements.

Cons:

The location of the coffee bar on the far side of the elevator sometimes created some unnecessary traffic issues trying to get on or off the elevator. But that's only a minor issue in a really lovely space.
