A good choice of hotel. I would stay here again.
Pros:

I liked the location, a few minutes walk from the railways station, in a quiet area with a pleasant brasserie nearby. The building is spacious, and pleasantly old-fashioned, but refurbished with modern bathrooms. It was very clean and quiet.

Fijn hotel op een goede centrale plek in Bergerac. Op loopafstand van het station en van het centrum
Pros:

De kamer was lekker groot, de douche was goed en er zit een heerlijke tuin met terras en zwembad achter het hotel.

Cons:

De badkamer was wat gedateerd en shabby. Wat ik jammer vond was dat ik een late check-out had geboekt maar toen toch werd gebeld met de, zeer beleefd geformuleerde, vraag waarom ik nog niet weg was. De receptionist had de overdracht niet goed gelezen.

Cons:

L’exiguïté des toilettes peu praticables pour des personnes âgées ou handicapées. une douche, peu accessible . le côté un peu trop basique du petit déjeuner.

Short but sweet. Ok for an overnight.
Pros:

Location is just on the edge of the town so great for exploring Bergerac on foot.
The pool area, though slightly dated, looks like it would be a welcome feature during warmer months. The bathroom was very nice.

Cons:

View from our window was miserable, the walls of the bedroom were visibly dusty (???!?)
Bathroom towels too small.
