Would stay again
Pros:

Front office staff was extremely pleasant and great to deal with. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were egg beaters, sausage looked undercooked, potatoes were cold. Bagel was good.

Nice place overall
Pros:

Easy to find location , clean room , breakfast included , coffee machine a plus , overall very nice hotel.

Cons:

I had one room while family members traveled from other states and had three additional rooms there. We haven't seen each other in many years and were gathered in the lobbby on Friday evening around 6pm. Talking, laughing, sharing memories, catching up and one of the hotel staff came around from the hallway into the lobby and told us to keep it down and be quiet. We call found this extremely rude and uncalled for. Also one of the cleaning staff lurk over you while you are getting your breakfast in the morning, kind of strange.

Nice location, easy to get to, room was clean, and location of room was quiet.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast options were limited and did not taste very good in comparison to other best westerns I’ve stayed at in the past.

Overall, it was nice, perfect location and our suite was wonderful, and the breakfast was amazing.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Our suite was very nice with the exception of the living room furniture being uncomfortable (looked nice, just not comfy) Living area floors were separating/buckling from age. The kitchen sink facet was hard to turn on and off, very small. Other than that, everything was very good. Very clean and the suite was a great size and well styled. Also, our suite was perfectly located Suite near to the breakfast area, back entrance and elevator that was needed to get to the pool suite #112. It was great that I was able to bring my service dog with no additional fees. Most of the staff were amazing!

Cons:

The women at the front desk the day after our arrival approximately, 10:30 am, 8/29/25 (I did not get her name). I asked her for 2 extra pillows; we did not have enough. She paused for seconds just staring at me and then said no, that they could not give me the extra 2 pillows because they had many people booked, I have stayed in many hotels and have never heard that before. We ended up going to a Walmart a few miles from the hotel to purchase the pillows. The site I choose this hotel from stated it had a hot tub, and they no longer do it was taken out a while ago. The pool is in need of an update. The inside makes it look dirty. The temperature in the pool room was not consistent. It went from the room being so hot it was hard to breath to actually being on the chilly side. Sometime the filter was on and sometimes it wasn't. The ceiling is in need of painting due to water stains. The room is very much in need of a sprucing up. We did not like the fact that both of the hotel doors were open 24 hours a day. They should make it more secure by people needing to use their hotel card to come in. Anyone could come in at any time, not good in these times.
