The lobby is gorgeous. The room decent. Breakfast was good.
Pros:

The room was nice, comfortable.

Cons:

The room was missing a lamp at the bedside which was fine. The issue however is the room needs some minor updates. For example, built in usb ports.

Room 117 door needs maintenance
Pros:

I asked for a room with no stairs because I use a walker. Got there early, understood room not ready on first floor. Came back for 3:00 room still not ready. Closer to 4:00.
Toilet was vary low to ground. Needed assistsnce to get up from it eary time I used it. When I questioned that I had messaged twice about my need but I did not receive a response. Desk person told me she didn't respond to requests. Maybe follow through on requests would help with picking a better room for people with disabiloties.

Cons:

Response to better way to meet my need before arrival.

It was a nice property.
Pros:

Clean and quiet. Comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the tub was very slow to drain.

Great price midweek!
Pros:

The pool was great, although it needed a handicapped lift for my traveling partner.

Cons:

In some places there was some smoke smell, and people were smoking too close to the door the morning we left.

Would have been better at a Motel 6
Pros:

Keeping the same room for second reservation.
Shah and Jocelyn at the front desk were extremely nice and did their best to help us.

Cons:

Breakfast had no fiber or anything for diabetics. No yogurt or cereal without sugar
TV was not set up properly- no streaming services were downloaded except youtube
Dorr was stuck, very hard to open
Manager Shah was very condescending and lied about when room would be cleaned, and that front office hadn't (and they had) reported door issue.
Pool and fitness center were locked with a door key (not key card) and we had to notify someone.
