The interconnected rooms
Short staffed
It was clean and spacious
People in the rooms above us were legitimately jumping and running around all night long and it was super loud. We had to ask the front desk about 10 times before anything was done about it. Our 1 year old goes to bed around 7:30pm and the noise didn’t stop until 10ish. It was unreasonably loud and disruptive.
We did not like the property. Our first room had a very bad musty dirty odor , and yellow liquid on the bathroom floor. We asked for another room and also found the second room was dirty, stained furniture, dirty tissues on the floor and again a very bad odor which we found unacceptable . The hotel was very noisy as they had a while bus load of special olympians that were yelling and running around.. We told the front desk that we would like a refund as we were very uncomfortable as the rooms were dirty and had a bad odor and the hotel was too noisy for a comfortable night. As of today i have messaged the hotel twice and they have not responded.

Generally a very nice place.
WiFi issues and noisy room next door woke me up at 1:30am and had to tell the front desk. Would be better to train the managers and those in charge on how to reset the WiFi system.

Smoke smell in rooms
The mattress was subpar. I was there just one night and when I told the receptionist the next morning he said I should have call down when this was noticed (at 10 pm with a full hotel?). Not satisfied with his answer
Breakfast had a good selection and felt clean. Waffle maker, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, coffee and juice etc
Room smelled horrendous. We opened the door and what wafted out was like a locked wet basement smell.we asked for the room to be sprayed with freshener and cracked the window open. When we got back it smelled the same but with a floral hint. There was a large wood cockroach us on the bath mat upon return as well. We toughed out the night but wouldn't have stayed a second.

It's convenient to where I was visiting. The staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable.
The toilets need to be replaced. They're built for children. The room had a strange odor. The breakfast was just okay. The pillows were not good. Too soft!

Big space and clean
My room have some electric outlets that doesn’t work and the shower heat need replace is dripping water and create water filtration in on corner of the tub
