We cancelled our stay before going because the pool was closed. 🙁
The room was clean although a little dated. Especially the bathroom.
Overall, while there was nothing extraordinary about the place, it was about what we expected.
The bathroom. It was old and had a bit of an odor.
Location was good. The staff called to notify that the pool was going to be closed for the duration of our stay. They allowed us to cancel with out any fees.
The swimming pool was closed.
Location- restaurant and very friendly staff
Tv in room was poor picture
Plugs for vehicles.
At check-in there was someone passed out in the lobby. Our stay was 2 nights and we were approached three times in the parking lot from people asking for money. The room has laminate flooring with no boot tray so when the snow on our boots melted the puddle covered parts of the floor.
The room was good
The pool was closed and we weren’t informed nor given a discount. They should have smokers farther away from the door as that turns one off having to go through a cloud of toxins to get inside.
Many restaurant options, close to the Canada Life Centre. The jacuzzi suite was very nice.
The hot tub was not working. We were not made aware of this prior to checking in (one of the main reasons we chose this hotel). Refused to upgrade our room unless we paid to upgrade. The pool was dirty and there was visible dirt on the ledges by the water slide.
That it had an entertainment centre and pool
Having a room in the middle, we prefer to be close to one of the entrances/exits
The breakfast was good but, it could be better to get some choice for none pork eater.
The facility was okay, except the noisy fann and the blinds were not covering from end to end and not durk enough.
Thank you.
If the above problem woud get fix...
