Room was great. On site restaurant was fantastic. But really the thing that really made it good was the excellent staff. Reception were amazing. Restaurant staff super attentive. The staff are honestly exceptional and made the stay that much better. Thank you.

Central location
Hotel felt grubby and needs a complete refurbishment.
Rooms are dark.
Bar closed at 11o’clock and night reception was very cheeky. Not a great experience overall.

The fact we had a 50th party to attend elsewhere however we will return for another stay an chance to dine in the restaurant an sample those cocktails
I liked the hotel design and sensitive re-use of a historic building. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bar was excellent and the breakfast was great. An ideal location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The corridors near the room were quite shabby and dark.
Beautifully restored on the inside, lovely spacious rooms. But the staff just made it fantastic. Ellie looked after us in the restaurant like we were her favourite sisters ❤️
The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.
Perfect central location
Very dog friendly
Good car parking arrangements
Decor a bit tired
Location, staff, bed, linen, restaurant, breakfadt
There was a problem with the sky box. I was instantly moved to another room but the problem could not be fixed.
Also at 3.30am the radiator made an awful noise for about 5 mins. I assume the heating had come on and there was air in the radiator.
Good hotel to explore Belfast, clean and tidy.
Expensive, plus a little noisy.
Beautiful layout,friendly staff,fantastic room
The location was excellent and the room was exceptional, great clean hotel
