The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available

Pros:

Lovely room and very good breakfast

Cons:

They made a complete mess of our bill. I had to contact them 3 times. They overcharged us for an upgrade and placed a service change on our prepaid evening meal. We had already left a gratuity. I feel they need to work on their PR skills!

Pros:

Breakfast was very good, we were in a party of five and all breakfasts ere good

Unfortunately my cooked breakfast was forgot about and I had to ask and wait 10 minutes for new one to come out.

Fantastic stay in a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

Fantastic welcoming staff who were all very helpful and friendly. We arrived just after 8am and as expected our room was not ready but took our luggage and advised to come back at 1pm and would have room ready for us. Same gentleman on reception who not only recognised us but also knew which luggage was ours and asked how our son had gone on at football that morning as I had spoken about that with him. It's the little things that make a huge impression and the staff at Malmaison certainly did that!
