Location, staff
Bathroom wasn’t very clean, room was warm and stuffy. Bed was not very comfortable, and pillows were not comfortable either - they were both lumpy
The girl at reception was so kind and lovely. So bad at remembering names sorry lol
Everything was great
Close to centre, staff were friendly & helpful, especially William he was fab & took great care of us.
The location was fantastic- we were there for a gig at Custom House square.
Considering the price the room wasn’t particularly clean. Smears on the mirror - we stayed in a club deluxe that had a single coffee pod each and no slippers - for a discounted rate of £200 I would have expected more.
The lady at reception was very helpful. Wee were is a standard room an too say it was dark an grim was an understatement. My partner was very disappointed to spend a night in Belfast an be given that room. I rang reception an was told nothing else available. But once wee went down another lady asked how wee were .so I explained. An she in a few minutes . sorted us with a much better room. Really appreciated her time an effort in seeing us happy. Well done to her.
As I said above the first bedroom allocated.
The age of the building
Nothing
Good stay.
Great location & staff.
Only negative is that it’s cashless.
Cashless. Quiet
Got an amazing Pina Colada in the hotel bar, best drink I had all night!
Rooms were very dark and seemed a bit worn, in need of a refurb
Had to move rooms, our binds were broken (very clearly detached from the wall so don't know how house keeping didn't notice).
To be fair, we were quickly re-allocated a new room (right next door) and were given a voucher for 1 free drink each! Would have preferred a room upgrade!
Fantastic breakfast
Location
Staff helpful
Facilities in room good
Room was so very hot and stuffy and bedding set for winter and not summer, beds were lumpy and not comfortable either
L’emplacement était parfait, un petit déjeuner extra et le personnel très agréable.
Pas de clim dans la chambre et relativement chaud, seul petit point négatif.
Excellent location.
Historical building.
