Wonderful location for Belfast City centre and a wonderful, laid back ambience. The staff are brilliant and the reception staff beyond superb with nothing too much trouble.

Pros:

Central location with good breakfast

Cons:

My room had a bad smell in it. The carpet felt and looked grubby. The small fridge was stinking when I opened it. The room was roasting and no air con. Had to sleep with a fan on and window open.

Pros:

Well placed for central Belfast and the Titanic Experience.

Cons:

Fairly expensive, but we were there during Flaedh 26 so all accommodation was in high demand.

Pros:

The staff and location was perfect! Food was delicious also

Cons:

The bartender served half a glass of champagne and didn’t seem happy when I asked for it to be topped up. The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been, just some dust etc in the bathroom.

Pros:

I requested two of our rooms to have a twin bed prior to our stay which is stated as an option when booking. When we arrived there was double beds in the rooms, we asked at reception after check in and the staff were not helpful, asked if we made the request which we did, told us to wait and then hours later said it wasn't possible. I'm not impressed at all given the extortionate prices, we paid €480 for one night for 3 rooms, so €1,440 in total for one night. Won't be back.

Pros:

The staff were amazing and accommodating. Our bags were delayed on the flight over and they held onto them and called immediately when they were delivered. Location is very easy to reach by bus if coming from the airport and very close to the city walking. Came back a second time at the tail end of our trip.
