The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available

Would of liked the bath cleaned
Staff was so nice and pleasant. Lighting in bedrooms are an issue , quite dark . We arrived back quite late from the o2 , went to get into bed and the sheets had tan and hair 🤢. Bath also had hair .

Standard of rooms very poor. Rooms look very tired. Rooms not hoovered, yellow stains and hair on bed sheets. Premier Inn is of a higher standard than Malmaison! Definitely not value for money.
I got a very clean and quiet room on the 4th floor. Bedding was soft and comfortable. Staff was friendly and did not hesitate to give me a late check-out when I requested it.
Hotel entrance doors were heavy, although you could also open them using the handicapped button.
Good location.
Cracked basin in our bathroom, dark lighting in our room, indifferent staff. Right next to the lift in main reception area is a disabled toilet - the door was always left open so that was all you saw & smelled while waiting for the lift!

The cover on the bath had duct tape on it to disguise its damage while the cover was falling off. The carpet in the room showed its age by being bunched in parts. Too expensive to have that as acceptable for a hotel stay.
Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy negativa, durante dos días no limpiaron la habitación y la respuesta del staff tan solo fue “disculpad”.
El servicio de habitaciones directamente hizo caso omiso a la solicitud de limpieza, incluso con el cartel en la puerta.
