Comfortable Rooms but not the Hotel for me
Pros:

The room was large, clean and comfortable with a good view. As would be expected from a hotel of this type and price point. The staff were usually helpful, although there was often a queue at reception. As the hotel was full, I thought they would have more reception staff on duty.
The pools and facilities are generally good, but there were a number of reasons that I would not use this hotel again. That does not mean that it would not be good for others.

Cons:

The hotel is "Family Friendly" - so if you are a family with children then this may be ideal for you. As a couple, we found that it was far too busy for us. I should have checked more closely before booking. The indoor pool was virtually unusable. Far too busy - but this was partly due to poor weather at the time. The sauna and steamroom were not relaxing at all. I really don't understand why people think that their six year old will benefit from being in a sauna!
The hotel is very large and has three wings. Trying to get around is very confusing and takes time and a lot of walking. To get from our room to the outdoor pool needed a lift journey and a walk through the lobby! To get from the indoor pool/spa area to the outdoor pool, needed two lift journeys and another parade through the lobby!
Would I stay here again? No - but mainly because it is just not my sort of place. It may be fine for others,
