Cons:

La struttura mi ha addebitato una penale di euro 149,00 per una doppia prenotazione eseguita per errore tramite il canale Booking e E-Dreams e nonostante io abbia fatto la cancellazione essendomi accorto soltanto il giorno dell'arrivo non ha voluto concedermi l'annullamento della penale nonostante io abbia pernottato lo steso e pagato regolarmente. Questa azione a mio parere non è comprensibile poichè si tratta di un colosso Turistico e 149,00 senza avermi reso servizi e oltretutto avendo io pernottato lo stesso mi sembra poco delicata. L'importo della penale alla struttura alberghiera non avrebbe inciso nulla, invece a un cliente pesa!!!

Pros:

I enjoyed my short stay in this kind of paradise where we were welcomed by Nicolette at the front desk which gave us a free upgrade to an executive room on the 10th floor! We were also eligible to use the Executuve Lounge which was fantastic! The staff are all professional always with a smile and made sure that our stay was unforgettable from checking in to checking out! Thanks also to Peter at the front desk and well done Hilton Malta !!
