Very enjoyable
Pros:

Great facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to Chan for being especially helpful.

Cons:

At full capacity the breakfast room was too busy. However the choice of food and service was excellent.

Average hotel with a disappointing service for a special occasion stay.
Pros:

Great facilities. Great location near the city centre. Spa treatment was amazing.
The WhatsApp chat was extremely helpful and made communication easy.

Cons:

Breakfast was very average for such a large well know hotel brand especially if you stay more than a couple of nights.
Water for tea and coffee was lukewarm. Even the food was just warm but it did depend what time you went.
Room was not great it was very old looking, we booked a deluxe room with sea view but there was no balcony with table and chairs.
We were given a disabled room - on the first night we were moved to another room but the air con didn't work. We asked several times for someone to look at it but no one came and we had to keep ringing back to reception which was very annoying. After a lot of to and fro we were moved back to the original room this was very frustrating as we couldn't settle.
We came to the Hilton to celebrate 20 years of marriage so this stay was was very disappointing. The staff at reception seemed like they couldn't care less and just expected us to accept the situation. We were messed around and no compensation was offered at all.

Pros:

Świetną lokalizacja, smaczne śniadania, wystarczająca ilość leżaków przy basenach.

Cons:

Pomimo potwierdzenia, życzenie specjalne nie zostało zrealizowane. Brak muzyki przy basenach dla dorosłych. Organizacja parkingu wystawia cierpliwość na prawdziwy sprawdzian.
