Another awesome visit
Pros:

This was our third time staying at Baymont by Wyndam in Sevierville. The rooms are always clean and enjoyable. Anytime I have checked in,I’ve had friendly service. I love the price and location. And highly recommend Baymont by Wyndam in Sevierville.

They need a upgrade.
Pros:

They didn't change our beddings, they didn't bring any tiles, we had to go to get our own towels. The ice machine didn't work on the 2nd floor where we were staying, we had to travel to the 1st floor the breakfast was horrible, the telephone, the alarm clock. Didn't\n Work in the room, the microwave door was very difficult to operate. Because it was messed up.\n The shower had mold in it.

Cons:

They didn't change our bins, they didn't bring bath towels. We had to go to the office to get our own bath tiles. The ice machine didn't work on the 2nd floor where we were staying, we had to travel to the 1st floor period the breakfast was horrible, the telephone and the alarm clock did not work in the room and the microwave door was very difficult to operate, because it was messed up.

Everything was perfect but we did have some complaints Clean room friendly staff etc all the basics, a is Bonus is they let you stay in the pool all night but no hot tub. Cheap & overall a good experience besides the limited breakfast & loud guests ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT & smell of Mary Jane all through the parking lot, they don’t enforce parking people were taking up 2 spots when parking is limited. No food vending machines. Staples in the carpet from room to bathroom that cut my boyfriend’s FOOT! wouldn’t stay here again but could have been worst if your looking for something cheap & short trip it is an ok spot 3/5.

Pros:

I didn’t expect a whole lot because you know it was a cheap room, but we got there in our room was dirty and there was a fork in the floor and pills on the counter nonrefundable so there was no way I could go down there and throw a fit and get my money back. There was nothing really I could do about that. We had stayed here once before and it wasn’t bad. One of the beds had a bunch of stains in it and food stains on the top part of the cover it wasn’t stains. It was actually just food. lol we didn’t expect a whole lot because we knew it was like a cheaper hotel. We went down to have breakfast and it was waffles. I think eggs and some sort of like cheap offbrand cereal that no one would eat. We just ended up leaving and going to Chick-fil-A. lol it was a good hotel just to pop in really quick and stay just to sleep, but I wouldn’t like come there and stay for a week or something. They definitely need to clean better. As far as the staff, they were very friendly and nice. It’s a decent hotel if you just wanna pop in and stay and leave. But also, I didn’t notice that the beds were not queen bed so they were full-size beds.

Double queen room, handicap.
Pros:

Very clean, beds are very comfortable., the guy at the front desk was very friendly, and treated us like he had known me all his life.

Cons:

The room phone plug was out of the wall and just hanging there. That's the only thing that I found wrong with the room.
