The only thing I liked was the location and price . Staff was nice and courteous
The cleanliness of the room
Roaches was in our room and staff did give us a small refund but didn’t even offer any other options showed them pictures of the roaches and they wasn’t surprised . The staff knew about them and still is offering rooms and said someone would look at them . Beds were clean but there was dead roaches in the cabinets . I should be getting a full refund to cover my stay after dealing with such filth . I will never stay here again and till be sure nobody I knows stays there as well
The property, pool, and room were clean. The staff were friendly, and you can’t beat the location. This motel deserves a higher rating than it maintains on booking.
The gym was still closed for repair.
The room
I liked what it had to offer!
Once I arrived at the hotel, I had to have a $100 cash for a deposit which I did not have in cash.They would not take my debit card for it. So I had to run around , trying to figure out how to get the hundred dollars , because I only had tap to pay , I didn't have my cards.
Clean and comfortable
Door lock was acting up and hard to lock. Manager did help to resolve
They advertise breakfast but all there was, was eggs and waffle and maybe toast and cereal no meat of any kind.
