The location of Hotel is good and no to far from all the hustle and bustle . The Price was very affordable .
Breakfast Area is lacking in food and space ; needs lots of work in this area . Very small space and crowded even when it’s only like 5 people in room . Also need more options than just waffles and cereal and eggs .
Location
The parking lot had bags of trash piled up around the dumpster. The garbage truck ran about 4:00am so it woke everyone up. The trash was all over the parking lot.
It is a no smoking hotel however people every hang over the rails smoking. The smell was horrible. It appeared people were staying there long term.
The beds were ok. The facet in the bathroom leaked when you turn the water on.
The staff was very friendly
Disgusting! Not clean. Bathroom floor had long hair( we both have very short hair). The shower curtain was dirty, the baseboards grossed me out. Bathroom door was splattered with god knows what. Walking around on the floor in the room, my feet were black( no exaggeration). Someone needs to retrain house keeping.

Owner knocked on our door at 9:30 am until we answered and asked were we going to stay another night as if we had missed check out time which was at 11:00am. Mind you we were late checking in wee checked in at 5:00am after driving all night and. Needed the rest until we checked out to check in at the resort we had already booked. We wanted to get in town early and had to book there because everything else was by booked up. And the room was not very clean, there was trash on floor in bathroom and shirt n curlys in the sink, sheets felt damp in beds. And I booked 2 separate rooms to accommodate my group. The front desk told my other party when she went to ask for our room number that we had already checked out, we hadn’t even been to the front desk because we were trying to rest!Just felt it was rude and unprofessional of them to wake guest up well before checkout just because you wanted to half way clean the room

Staff was rude. Pool was closed. Fire pit not working. No kitchenette in room. Bugs found in two different rooms
The bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was not good enough. No fruits and no juice. The carpet was not clean.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean
Iron evidently had blue dye on it cause when I went to iron my shirt it put blue streaks on it. Told staff and was told it wasn't their problem
The pool was actually kept up with. The staff was friendly and actually did what they could do to help.
The room was not cleaned enough there was barely anything for breakfast they had cereal with no milk and bread you could toast. The washer and dryer for the guests didn't really work well and there wasn't really an area to be able to get quarters and there weren't many quarters at the front desk.
Excellent , clean room ! Close to everything in Pigeon Forge! Beds comfortable, all amenities included.
There is nothing we disliked.
