We did not stay there due to several reports of cockroaches and bedbugs in rooms.
Pros:

Outside of building looked appealing.

Cons:

When we arrived in Sevierville, we were reading the reviews before checking in. They were so awful with several reports of cockroaches in the rooms and at least one of bed bugs. I was so grossed out that I canceled our stay. We did not get a refund for 1st night stay and we requested it. But Booking.com gave the property 48 hours to respond. By that time, our 2 night stay would have been over with and would have lost out on 2 nights costs. So, we lost $70 on this ordeal.

Was not very accessible for disabilities. Sidewalks to narrow,no where to sit . It said there was a lounge. All it was was some tables and chairs, could barely get my scooter in there. Asked if they could turn on the lights,the staff said no because it was for breakfast only. I was there to see my sister and I couldn't get into her house she came to visit me,so no where to sit. My scooter went off the sidewalk and almost tipped over. No way should handicap rooms be on the 3rd floor. What if the was a fire? I wouldn't have been able to get down the stairs. One chair in the room to sit. Was very small for a handicap room. Couldn't open the bathroom door all the way because the bed was inthe way. Overall it was a "crappy" stay. We left the room at 2:30 am because of not being able to move around. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this motel to anyone.
