surprisingly well located and transporting and out of problems was brilliant
Pros:

friendly
The only property we could find at short notice after two Airbnb five years and double bookings room size was great

Cons:

apparently, the hotel is gonna be closed for major renovations. The rooms were cool but while you were given some extra blankets would’ve liked a fridge and a microwave.

Pros:

Nothing, this hotel was very bad.

Cons:

Everything was bas, I didn’t like nothing. The service was very bad and rude, room was dirty and the bed wasn’t comfort. I paid a lot of money for this bas service and the dirty room.

Hospitality needs a serious serious improvement
Pros:

Location was good. Cleanliness was good. Staff is friendly

Cons:

No parking. Which they earlier said they would offer.
No breakfast, you need to pay additional for it ( again changed from what was committed)
Breakfast is just basic. Not at all appealing.
No drinking water in the room. When asked, they said go to the bathroom to drink. The worst part, the guy at the reception made us wait for a good 55 - 60 minutes at 2 in the night after a long tiring journey. He was just manually writing the details on our passports.
