All ok
Location, staff, cleanliness, room service, turn around time
Room was slightly smelly this time, Refrigerator was missing, air-conditioning operations were a bit confusing, more options for breakfast would be useful
It was a good value for the money.
The staff barely greeted me when I walked in, then gave me a room key that didn’t work, and instead of replacing it just let me into the room with the master key. Then I had to go downstairs to actually figure out what the Wi-Fi code was. The air conditioner was locked on it settings and I couldn’t adjust it, and looked like it was about to fall apart. The floor has stayed on and the room smelled like mold. From where I’m from this would be considered a one star hotel, not a three star.
