tried it once and never again.
Pros:

It was in cbd very good if you wanna explore auckland cbd

Cons:

i feel like comparing to the photos in advertising and in real life it’s very different. The rooms are quite dark and also was as clean as we expected. I could get something better with the same price as i payed for this room.

Pros:

I was allowed early check-in, which was valuable as I had a concert to go to at 3.00pm. Overall my experience with the staff was very positive. I was given a disability room for some reason, so the excellent shower left a bit of a puddle but there were plenty of towels to overcome that problem. It took me a while to connect to internet in my room (even though I was only on level 5) but I did so next morning. I didn't use the restaurant during my stay but the bar and the barista corner provided good products and good service.

Centralt boende i Auckland med trevlig personal.
Pros:

Centralt boende, nära till det mesta. Bra personal. Fantastisk frukost. Fint badrum, men för få krokar för handdukar. De har också en bra happy hour i hotellbaren

Cons:

För smala sängar för ett rum med tre vuxna personer. Dåligt med vattenglas, fanns bara ett för tre personer. Dåligt med krokar / hängare för handdukar i det fina badrummet. En miss är också ingen handhållen dusch.

Ideal location for exploring the city & quayside.only2 minutes walk to skytower & main shopping area

Ideal central location
Clean & bright with good bar & dining areas
Rooms clean & beds very comfortable

Cons:

Music is the same in the bar on a night & also at breakfast-a bit too lively for early morning breakfast time
Breakfast not restocked often & ordering service from tables needs to be clearer

Room was fine. Bed was not overly comfortable but it was functional. Shower was fine
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty atrocious actually. Overpriced, under delivered on quality and despite having paid an excessive amount on the room for the buffet, was told if I wanted anything ala carte it would be charged as extra?! Over $60 because i preferred poached eggs to scrambled!?

Cons:

Front of house were great. Room attendants awesome, waiter in the restaurant was painful and it wasnt until the manager stepped forward the issue over poached eggs gate vs scrambled was resolved
