Very central
There was nothing wrong with the facilities but we had to wait for over three quarters an hour for our meal and as we were going to a show we had to eat so quickly it wasn’t enjoyable

All was well. great variety,
L’hotel est bien placé, proche de Sky Tower.
Le personnel est efficace et serviable,
il y a 3 ascenseurs donc pas trop d’attente.
La chambre est propre, complète, et les équipements sont adéquates.
Les rideaux bien occultants, le débit d’eau parfait.
Il faut savoir que de la route menant à l’hotel depuis la Queen Street est en pente.
Pendant notre séjour, un des ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas, donc beaucoup d’attente.
Dans notre chambre la climatisation n’était pas trop efficace.
Le lit est trop mou mais mon ami a apprécié donc ça dépend de chacun.

Breakfast food only luke warm, view great if you like looking into windows of other buildings, room very average, I guess the high cost of the room is due to location not room quality.
The room smell and the towels still look dirty they still had make up on them
