Average room was clean but nothing special for cost and breakfast was expensive and uite tastless

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming overall location was pretty good. Bring walking shoes as Auckland is very hilly.

Cons:

They didn't fill up the condiments, we had to ask for replacements and they didn't change the drinking glasses.

Excellent and would not hesitate staying here again.
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a great position, just near the Sky Tower in Auckland. Not far to be able to walk to most things that you would be wanting to do. Room was a good size with views from it. Buffet breakfast daily was really good with very friendly staff throughout the hotel.

Cons:

Wasn't really anything not to like. If I were to park a car here I'd probably just do it at the parking space right next door as it is half the price. Nothing else comes to mind.
