I found ringing reception hard to get someone to pick up

Location to the city centre was great, only a small walking distance to the sky tower and restaurants.
Room was nice and bed was comfortable
The bathroom needed a good deep clean - around the edges of the shower and the shower head was quite disgusting.
The staff were not very friendly, very short with their answers. Each time we walked in to the hotel and exited we were not greeted - the staff simply lifted theor head up looked at us and carried on with what they were doing, no acknowledgement at all.
Good location
No late night room service during a major concert seemed odd, streaming to TV didn't work reliably. Spent the time to tell them of the issues and no response.
