Pros:

The bed was super comfortable

Cons:

The heating didn't work in the room, multiple broken fixtures in the bathroom room, we booked a room with a balcony which we didn't get, staff unfriendly, hotel was cold, wasn't 5 star at all.

Pros:

The staff was great, services are great, location close to everything, our room are spotless, beds are super comfy and our bedroom view is the sky tower that I requested. I Appreciate how they tried to accommodate my request.

Lovely overall experience.
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The Buffet Breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and tidy.

Cons:

The hallways to the rooms are very dark and dated especially on the 9th floor. The seating area for the buffet breakfast is very small, and the table lay out needs to be reconsider.

It is a new hotel with a good gym, satellite tv, clean, well appointed rooms and central location. Friendly staff

Parking is a little inconvenient unless you hunt around for local car parks.

The location was fantastic, however a better breakfast selection and coffee wouldve been ideal.
Pros:

My room was large however i could hear everything that was going on outside the room. There was also alot of noise on the floor at 2am in the morning.

Cons:

The noise on level 9. Really disturbing
