Chana at the front desk was professional and very welcoming. She is a fantastic ambassador for your property! We were pleased with the comfortable beds, cleanliness and variety of amenities and restaurants offered on site. The spa and spa pool were heaven and allowed us to finally relax.
The Fairmont Privado Villas will definitely be on our return list whenever we are in Scottsdale. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay.

Great service. Outstanding property with fabulous restaurants on site. The pools are spectacular and the spa is top notch.
Very nice resort. Probably at the upper end of our price range (we’re retired), but quite enjoyable. Staff were quite pleasant and very helpful.

Staff was very friendly. Easy check in , rooms are clean and updated. Food in the restaurants is a bit over priced but other than that great resort for families
The gardens were beautiful, the tree with the purple blooms especially.
We have stayed at other AZ properties and settled on the Fairmont Princess to repeat as it offers all the things we like in a vacation destination.
People and service were phenomenal, especially when considering they just hosted one of the most attended golf events in the world?! Awesome place and it all goes to the people.
Stayed in the Gold!! Definitely worth the extra money! Service was incredible and room beautiful! The gold lounge had fabulous food and drinks all complimentary!
