Гостиница неплохая, но подуставшая, номера комфорт после ремонта , получше стандартных. Красивый вид, приличные завтраки, все, что нужно было.

Удобное расположение отеля, на набережной, красивые виды Смольного собора, немного шумно от дороги, если открыть окна,обслуживание хорошее,номер чистый, хотя мебель не новая, сантехника удовлетвоиительная,хороший завтрак

Nice location. Big hotel. When i was on the top floor, i could see around a awesome view. Clean hotel.
Rooms are little small but good. restaurant also nice but average standard breakfast. Its not enough for a large group. Better speedup table clean may can improve the productivity.

Bad, bad, bad. No English speaking staff. No smiles.Small rooms. Poor service. Breakfast worst. Not even a toaster. Food always in short supply .Dirty tables. No end to misery. No toilet in Lobby. No Wi FI. I will hate to come here again.

Very nice hotel the view is amazing. Nice location. Staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is nice with lots of variety of food. Good for stay with children.

Not for away from Finnish railway station. Bus stop right next to hotel, from where is direct bus to nevsky prospekt, traveltime was 30min. Wifi did work. Breakfast was not special.

Хороший отель, для любителей вспечатляющих видов из окна.
Отмечали в двоем Новый год - номер бизнес 2500 р , вид отличный - см фото, отдельный балкон. Метро далекова то, но отличная охраняемая парковка. По близости есть магазины.

Big and comfortable hotel in the heart of the St Petersburg. The best location at the prospect of Nevski. The history of the hotel is also important part of the feeling. Good breakfast is very good, nice hotel for familiy or business trip.

Booked this hotel with a tour, so we had no option to change it. The room is very stinky, had too leave the aircon on and window open to be able to sleep in this room.
Bathroom is very dirty, mould on the tiles looks disgusting.
Very poor wifi as well. Not possible to connect without a Russian sim number.
My worst hotel experience ever!

The rooms are renovated but the ceiling in the room is made out of fabric. Furthermore the rooms are small and not spacious enough for 2 people to unpack their luggage. The location of the hotel is awful, cause their is no metro link nearby and in the location the hotel is located there are no shops or restaurants it is mostly a residential area for the people of SPB. To get to the main part of the city where you can finally find something you have to go across the river by a bus. That journey is about 20-25 minutes. But the single worse thing about the hotel is the canteen serving breakfast. Simply awful and horrible. Metal chairs metal tables a small buffet where the only thing there is bread, ham, cheese and eggs. That is mostly all.

I would like to thank the receptionist Anton( or the person on duty on the night of 25.8.2018) who was so kind enough to assist us with all our problems.

Breakfast very average, very few options. Noisy Chinese tourists who had no consideration for any one else especially those arriving very late at night and talking very loudly up and down the hallway. We rang reception and was told that tour parties are excited to be there and were going to do nothing about it. We were there 6 nights and got this regardless of the time of day. Daytime reception were friendly. As for a shuttle nothing to be seen about it. When I did ask about a shuttle I was told get a taxi (these are cheap in St Petersburg).Thank goodness as this hotel was nowhere near the main attractions in town. We got charged for the registration fee like others even though we had already paid it. The restaurant very good but it was a private business. bed comfy and clean. Shower clean.Nice view of the river and Smolny Cathedral

Péssimo atendimento dos funcionários

The hotel is located at quite some distance from the metro or regular public bus route. The room service is not good. Linens are often left uncollected for days at a stretch. Rooms are rather small, corridors are long and resembling a spy movie scene. Even the heating inside the room is not effective and the hotel staff are reluctant to provide portable heaters. Best to avoid this place.
