The computer system did not match up with what I book through booking. I booked my stay and paid for breakfast all at once but was given a hard time and told I did not pay for breakfast. No one was on the same page. After talking to booking for two days the hotel manager then agreed to give me what I paid for. Still had an issue because I wasn’t given the voucher so I had to go through this with two other office staff. First and last time I will stay at this location. That first night it stormed and it was water everywhere on the first floor, in the dining area.

The shower curtain in the room is to short and will cause water damage if not fix. The water goes directly on the floor which is now cause a mildew smell.

I absolutely hated this disgusting, run-down hotel. It was a complete rip-off at over $200 CAD per night and nothing but false advertising compared to the Booking.com photos. We had a 3 night stay and checked out the next morning along with about 10 other people. The room was filthy: dingy yellow-brown walls reeking of stale smoke, heavily stained carpets, a nasty old shower with terrible caulking and almost no water flow, and worst of all, the toilet had visible brown feces on it with crusted residue around the base. The elevator was broken the entire stay, and the pool was a revolting bright green algae soup with a submerged chair and filthy deck that completely ruined any chance of relaxing with friends.

You could very well contract some sort of disease at this hotel. Don't bother with the manager — he's completely ring-fenced himself off and is uncontactable at all times. Booking.com refuses to refund any of my money, claiming they can't dispute the charge.

This place is being run straight into the ground. Avoid at all costs — it's a health hazard.

Breakfast look good, unfortunately we didn't get the whole experience because we didn't know it was table service, we were there for a softball tournament and thought it was grab and go like the othe holiday inn, so didn't have time. Also I wish they gave me a notice ahead of time about the elevators not working and to top it off they gave us a room on the third floor, had to carry our bags, ice chest and softball equipment

The staff was very disorganized

The room we were staying in was dirty. The hallway was very humid and smelled like mold. There were various stains on the couch, the lamp, and mold growing near the bathtub. There was mildew on the shower head. There were questionable stains on the mirror as well. It wasn’t very clean, and compared to other Holiday Inns — this one was not the best one that I’ve stayed in.

A/C unit sounded like it was going to explode and didn’t cool very well. The mattress was very bad, could feel every coil and spring in it. Parked on back side of hotel and although the light would go green with my card the door would not work. Front desk said it had been not working

Out of date, not upgraded as expected for the price.

Pillows and bed

Water in shower never got hot, stayed like warm at most.
Smelled really bad by lobby, like sewer. Every day we were there.
& there was a roach crawling on the wall our first night staying. That was the only one we saw, but one is one too many for us.

Wir haben extra gebucht, da es einen Pool hat. Als wir Baden wollten, Pool war zugänglich, hiess es, dass dieser geschlossen sei. Was nicht korrekt war. Es hatte sogar Badetücher bereitgestellt. Ich vermute, dass einfach keiner Lust hatte die Blätter aus dem Pool zu fischen, echt schade.
An Reception hatte man die ganze Zeit I-Pods in den Ohren und war ständig mit Mobitelefon beschäftigt...
