Très bien
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Chambre très confortable et propre, petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
Situé tout près du museum quartier et proche d'une station de métro, avec un petit supermarché à proximité.

Cons:

Seuls bémols : le bruit de la rue devant l'hôtel (voitures + trams). La route est assez passante. Cela oblige à fermer les fenêtres. Une fois fermées, c'est beaucoup plus calme.
D'autre part, les portes isolantes sur les paliers font énormément de bruit en se fermant. Notre chambre était juste à côté de l'une d'elles. Un petit réglage de fermeture est nécessaire !

While the aesthetic of this hotel initially creates a positive impression, the actual guest experience fell significantly short of expectations. My stay was characterized by a lack of professional standards and physical discomforts that ultimately made for a disappointing visit.

* Service and Staff Conduct: This was the most concerning aspect of the stay. The service was consistently poor, and the behavior of the employees was markedly unprofessional. For a hospitality establishment, the lack of courtesy and efficiency was surprising and unacceptable.
* Room Quality and Noise: The room provided was quite small, offering limited space for comfort. More importantly, the location of the hotel over an underground line resulted in significant noise disturbances. The rumble of trains was clearly audible during both the evening and early morning hours, which is a major drawback for anyone seeking a restful environment.

Chambre très chaude pour je ne sais quel raison.
Le prix était élevé et ne contenait pas le petit déjeuné. Mais je pense que Vienne est cher un peu partout.
