What a Beautiful Hotel .
Pros:

Location was fantastic a very short 15 minute
walk to most top sight seeing attractions and shopping.
The staff were very friendly and always smiling in all areas .Dining and reception staff amazing .
Loved the restaurant with lots of vegan /vegetarian dishes on the menu
The bedroom and the bathroom were immaculate and really comfortable beds
The bathroom design was fabulous

Cons:

The taxi price quoted by the team for our Journey to the airport was very helpful and they also organised the taxi to collect us from the Hotel.
The problem was the fixed price of 40 euros was not what the taxi driver wanted to charge us but infact the driver wanted 60 euros
We did not pay this price because we felt it was unfair and he accepted this.
I think there is a issue with the pricing from taxi drivers in Vienna .We also arrived by train into Vienna Station and got over charged for a taxi .Double the price the hotel said we should have paid .It is a shame this is happening and they are unfairly taking advantage of tourists .Caution needed.
I need to add this is no fault of the Hotel but of dishonest pricing from taxi drivers .
