Замечательный отель,понравилось всё, завтрак отличный, каждое утро натуральные соки, фрукты разнообразные, тушенные овощи, нарезки из разных сортов сыра,колбасы, всё очень вкусно, большой выбор еды.Персонал очень вежливый, вечером можно посидеть в кафешке возле бассейна, ветер дует со стороны Нила, совсем забыла об изнурительной жаре в Каире,администрация предоставила велком дринк и закуски, бассейн очень чистый, пользоваться можно до 5 вечера, потом там уже народ собирается в кафешке, предоставляют бесплатно так же сауну до 10 часов вечера,,отличная! Тщательная проверка на входе, меры безопасности на высшем уровне, вокруг очень много посольств разных стран и на каждом шагу стоят полицейские. Этот остров Замалек и именно наш отель как оазис в Каире. Можно прогуляться по набережной вечером от отеля минут 3 пешком дойти и в июле там было очень приятно и прохладно от воды. Однозначно рекомендую!

Вернулась в этот отель во второй раз из-за полного комфорта,тишины, чистоты, вкусной еды и местоположения. Обязательно если буду в Каире однозначно другой отель не буду даже рассматривать! Спасибо администрации за все!

Pros:

the person who was my first contact was great. I also benefited from an upgrade to a very spacious sweet with a nice Nile view.

Cons:

Other than the staff member who checked me in, the reception team was generally unresponsive to calls from the rooms and was not particularly helpful when we enquired about a missing bag. The bag contained gifts from our home country for friends, including olive oil and harissa purchased at the duty-free shop. We were surprised to be told by the receptionist that whenever food items are found, they are destroyed without any attempt to contact the owner. This was disappointing, especially considering the value and sentimental nature of the items. There was also some selective treatments observed as someone was smoking in the non smoking area of the restaurant and a friend of mine was sitting just behind him and was told not to smoke. When he inquired, they told him that the person who was smoking has a privileged treatment.
