Very good athmosphere and excellent service. We loved the bar on second floor.
The hotel is on the island surrounded by the Nile river but close to downtown. Is a modern high rise. My room on the second floor had a view across the river to the city center. Could be noisy from the partying boats at night if a light sleeper. The room needed updating. Was somewhat worn. The carpet was worn and same with the bathroom with a bath with a shower attachment. Otherwise the room was fine and everything worked. The Wi-Fi was ok - somewhat slow at times. Buffet breakfast was ok, had several dinners in the restaurant which were served pleasantly and fast. The food was under seasoned - all rather bland. However if willing to go out i walked for 10 minutes across to the other side of the island where a long row of restaurants right on the Nile with good food and very reasonable prices.

The breakfast was in abundance, with fresh fruits and local Egyptian dishes all prepared and served with a smile.
Thank you to all Hilton Staff for also making our trip memorable , especially the upgrade to a large suite which accommodated our family comfortably. The amazing panoramic view of the Nile were breathtaking ❤️
Abuoub and the rest of the team have been very good at taking care of me and my family. They took care of our needs promptly. The restaurant was clean and welcoming and the breakfast spread was one of the best. Highly recommended!!

It was a fantastic experience and amazing service. Hussein and Abanoip were our favourite waiter.

Arrived in early hours, very tired, but in the morning the breakfast experience really rejuvenated us. Very nice, fresh food and First Class customer service - especially from Abanoub, Hussein and the lady on the omelette station (really tasty omelette!). This team is really going the extra mile!
First of all, staff was excellent. They help us with smile about hotel facilities and activities. Our room has a beautiful nile view. It has a nice balcony. There is atm inside the hotel to exchange Egyptian pound. Breakfast was rich and delicious. There is also another cafe inside hotel campus. We feel safe inside the hotel, there are x ray and security personel outside and inside the hotel. Zamalek was a calm neighboorhood to discover local Cairo life.
Furnitere could be newer. There are boats on the niver with noisy music at night. Hotel can not do anything about this.
