Pros:

Things are very easy and pleasant at this lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, and the staff is lovely and helpful. The receptionist, Mohammed, is very helpful, and Youssef, the handsome young man, is also helpful and makes everything easy.

It was a truly wonderful stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were comfortable and well-organized, and the location was excellent. What I appreciated most was the warm welcome and professionalism of all the staff; they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making it a truly special experience. The service was also outstanding, and everything was impeccably organized. The location is what we were looking for.

Cons:

For the price paid, I was very disappointed with the state of the room. It was a partial view of the Nile. The property is very old. No amenities in the bathroom.

Great stay with excellent service and a perfect location. I would happily stay here again

The carpet needs to be replaced as it did not appear clean. The bathroom sink was blocked, and the refrigerator was not working, which affected the overall comfort of the stay

Cons:

The reception staff were exceptional—very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Their excellent customer service made my stay enjoyable
