الموقع ممتاز، والهدوء رائع، والجناح واسع جداً ومريح مع إطلالة مباشرة على النيل.
الموظفون كانوا في قمة التعاون والود، خصوصاً الأخ محمد، والأخ حازم، والأستاذة نهلة، وبالتأكيد الأستاذة فريدة.
بصراحة، كل شيء كان جميلاً والتجربة أكثر من رائع

الملاحظة الوحيدة كانت أن دورات المياه تحتاج إلى تجديد واهتمام أكثر، لأنها قديمة نوعاً ما، وكذلك مستوى الأكل يحتاج إلى تطوير وتحسين ليواكب جودة المكان والخدمة بشكل عام.
عدا ذلك، كانت الإقامة جميلة ومريحة جداً

I just returned from an incredible stay at the Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences Hotel in Cairo, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience! From the moment we arrived until our departure, every single aspect of our visit was simply exceptional.

First, I must highlight the absolutely exceptional service at the restaurant. Madam Chaima, who works at the restaurant reception, was an absolute gem! Her warm, genuine smile and welcoming nature made us feel like honored guests from day one. She went above and beyond to ensure our dining experiences were perfect, and her attention to detail was truly remarkable. The restaurant staff (Amr, Jannet, Mohamed) as a whole deserves the highest praise. The servers were incredibly attentive and helpful, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their professionalism combined with their friendly demeanor created such a pleasant atmosphere for every meal.

Our room service was absolutely impeccable – every request was handled promptly and with care. What really impressed us was returning to our room each day to find it immaculately cleaned and beautifully arranged. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in their work!

Beyond the excellent service, the entire staff (Nihal, Husna) was wonderfully helpful with recommendations for our outings around Cairo. They didn't hesitate to share insider tips and suggestions that truly enhanced our exploration of this magnificent city. Their local knowledge was invaluable!

This hotel truly embodies the warmth and generosity of Egyptian hospitality. Every team member we encountered was professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo – you will not be disappointed! We're already planning our return visit!

Great stay with an amazing river view
Pros:

The property was very well located. Next to the river provided an amazing view. It was close to tourist attractions as well. The staff especially Farida and her team were just amazing. They ensured everything was going well with us. They arranged for whatever we needed. Were very supportive and caring. They created special arrangements for my wife and me as we were celebrating our anniversary.
