The food, location, and soundproof walls were great, and after we raised concerns about the dirty sheets and room, the staff took care to clean everything thoroughly. Nahla the guest service girl was great
The room was dirty when we arrived, and there was only one soap and one towel for three people until we asked for more. Not worth the price the conditions for a hotel like Hilton.

De ligging is perfect. In het overvolle Cairo is Zamalek een oase van rust. Het hotel is niet super modern maar wel heel erg comfortabel en het personeel is fantastisch. Wij kwamen door vertraging van onze vlucht veel later aan dan we hadden aangegeven bij de reservering en kregen een upgrade naar een geweldige kamer met het allermooiste uitzicht
The Hotel staff is very professional and nice. Every issue you have they will try to find the best solution. Very good breakfast. Also the location of the hotel is perfect when you want to have a quite and nice stay in Cairo while still being in the midst of the city.
Very good location in Zamalek. Nice restaurants and food corner next to the Nile B Zamalek on walking distance. Also a very nice river walk in front of the hotel. We received a free upgrade to a very big suite. Personnel was marvelous. They were all so caring. I was hurt one night when I hit a sign on the street while walking, and the crew took very good care of me providing me with medical care and refreshments. Also the following day multiple crew members asked how I was doing.

Very good athmosphere and excellent service. We loved the bar on second floor.
The hotel is on the island surrounded by the Nile river but close to downtown. Is a modern high rise. My room on the second floor had a view across the river to the city center. Could be noisy from the partying boats at night if a light sleeper. The room needed updating. Was somewhat worn. The carpet was worn and same with the bathroom with a bath with a shower attachment. Otherwise the room was fine and everything worked. The Wi-Fi was ok - somewhat slow at times. Buffet breakfast was ok, had several dinners in the restaurant which were served pleasantly and fast. The food was under seasoned - all rather bland. However if willing to go out i walked for 10 minutes across to the other side of the island where a long row of restaurants right on the Nile with good food and very reasonable prices.

The breakfast was in abundance, with fresh fruits and local Egyptian dishes all prepared and served with a smile.
Thank you to all Hilton Staff for also making our trip memorable , especially the upgrade to a large suite which accommodated our family comfortably. The amazing panoramic view of the Nile were breathtaking ❤️
Abuoub and the rest of the team have been very good at taking care of me and my family. They took care of our needs promptly. The restaurant was clean and welcoming and the breakfast spread was one of the best. Highly recommended!!
