The worst reception staff and room service ever
Pros:

Security and valet were very good helpful and decent people.

Cons:

Receptionists are the worst staff we’ve ever dealt with, they kept talking in a very rude way, room air conditioning system was the worst, we had a reservation for 7 days, 4 of them we couldn’t sleep at night due to high room temperature, and whenever we complain about, their answer was you can open the window!!!!!!! It was freezing out there abd we were on floor 13 with winds and they wanted us to open the window rather than helping us and solve the issue by adjusting room temperature, now let’s talk about room service, we had governmental and personal papers in our room and every time we found out tgat the room service staff checked them and read them !!!! I have missed a very special T-shirt and when we called the reception their answer was we will tell our room service staff not to touch your personal stuff, they didn’t even apologize for the missing clothes!!!!!! We left an airtag at the room and when we get back we found out that they were messing with it because the battery was taken off !!!!! Worst place ever to stay and worst noise cancellation rooms ever,,, we could hear everything that’s happening in the next room to us!!!!! Not a comfortable place to stay at
