Todo ok pero puntos a valorar
Pros:

Cerca de todo, parques y outltets. Personal muy amable. Muchas personas se quejan del desayuno en mi opinión es básico pero se desayuna bien (cereal, pan y waffles) no hay huevos o salchichas por si buscan eso. Si cuenta con parqueo que es muy importante.

Cons:

Una noche hubo ruido extremo de abrir y tirar puertas un huésped a media noche, si deberían de reforzar una política de respeto con sonido para que todos en general podamos descansar.

The staff was excellent but the hotel was horrible

The staff was awesome

Cons:

The room wasn't clean. Light red stains were on the sheets, alot of dust was everywhere, the bathroom wasn't up to par and urine stains around the toilet

I will never stay there again

Dirty tub, unfriendly staff, inconvenience parking, 1 wash cloth for two people, no usb outlets in the room, ac unit very loud, no WiFi connection until 2am, continental breakfast horrible no protein, nothing but make your own waffle and cold cereal and cold muffins

I did not stay anymore after my room was dirty and roaches coming out on me and night staff would not help

It was in the middle of all the entertainment

Cons:

It wasn’t clean I didn’t get to stay and enjoy the room left immediately after the staff told me they couldn’t help when asked for clean sheets and that roaches was in my room

Nothing really stuck out to say WOW you should stay here other than the room price was ok $85

the staff was Attentive and Polite, the a/c in my room was great!!!
respectful rate charge, the breakfast was bland and was meant to feed the homeless, 6:30 to 7:30 am was the feeding time
Orange juice and Apple juice served Only with Breakfast, but Coffee runs like a faucet 24 hrs. like the $2.50 for cans of soda from the vending machines doesn't say kids drink water!!!!

The bathroom and bedroom walls could use new paint or wallpaper, the bed seems over 10 yrs old, and the bed sheets were worn out and old, the pillow were cheap the floor in the room has not been cleaned nor the bathroom merely wiping the counter and tucking the blankets under the bed mattress doesn't say stay to sleep!! the bathroom was disgustingly dirty the elevator opens and closes at the 2nd floor the wood floor in the hallway could use an update, nothing really stuck out to say WOW you should stay here other than the room price was ok $85 when it was worth $40

BEDBUGS BEWARE!

Most importantly my room “225” has bedbugs on the mattress!!!
I asked for a refund and I was denied!
On top of that the room has barely any lighting.
I assume they made it that way so that you won’t see the bugs? BEWARE and learn from my mistakes go anywhere else!

Bien pero con cosas por mejorar

La ubicación es estratégica, cerca de los parques y los Mall, el personal es muy agradable y servicial, el servicio de parqueadero es gratuito, el vecindario es agradable.

Cons:

encontré cucarachas pequeñas en la habitación.
el servicio que ofrecen a los parques solo funciona de. ida , para el regreso busquen otro medio, por qué no te van a recoger.
el desayuno no es tan bueno.
