Price should be cheaper.
Pros:

Breakfast has no protein at all, only peanut butter, a lot of carbs, bread, bagel, waffles. Nothing especial for the price, the location is great.

Cons:

Breakfast could be way better, needs to add proteins, also yogurt and more fruits.

La ubicación del hotel super céntrica para todo. Super accesible a los Outlets, tiendas como ross, burlingtong, etc. La relación precio calidad esta super bien. Hay una refri pequeña y microondas en la habitación que ayuda un montón. El desayuno es básico, pero uno puede hacer super pequeño y mantener en la habitación y está super bien y accesible.

Excelente atención. Muy cómodo para los parques de Universal. Desayuno muy bueno. Nos olvidamos una valija y ellos la guardaron hasta el día siguiente....muchas gracias!!!!!

Bueno para un par de días, no hay aseo a la pieza y los baños sucios.
Pros:

El personal era muy amable, todos hablaban español, sin embargo habían personas que pertenecían a la agencia de hoteles y estaban constantemente invitando a una charla a cambio de dinero, busque referencias en internet y son charlas que duran mas de 6 horas, la verdad era un poco molesto la insistencia.

Cons:

La ducha estaba llena de pelos, no había aseo a la habitación, con mi pareja tuvimos que ir a comprar unas toallitas de cloro para poder limpiar el baño y dejarlo en condiciones de uso.

Great value if you don't value cleanliness
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and the waffles were great

Cons:

The fridge died, there were dirty sheets and towels on the beds and in the bathroom. I had MULTIPLE hairs on a towel drying off after a shower. Overall, they should definitely do a better job at inspecting the items in the room and should be cleaning a lot better

Cons:

El desayuno un poquito básico pero cumple el fin. Tal vez deberían agregar quesitos y jamones, aunque por el precio que se paga, es suficiente lo que ofrecen.

Al llegar, un recepcionista nos cobró $40 por fee de resort, sin previa consulta y lo cargó directamente a la tarjeta, cuando aquello ya había sido cobrado directamente por Booking y a sabiendas de ello, no se quisieron responsabilizar. Por tal, hice el reclamo a booking y procedieron al reverso. Deben ser más honestos con sus cobros. Poco cordial ese recepcionista. Un señor algo mayor, sin pelo.
