The location was good for where we needed to be. There was quite a bit of hallway noise at about 11:30pm due to a tournament. When I let the front desk know, they assured me they would have security come to our floor which was helpful. The price of the hotel is a little high due to the fact that the hotel is getting old and could use an update-carpet, tubs etc. I did like that they had a place to get a Starbucks coffee on site (although expensive, it guaranteed good coffee). If I were to stay again in South Edmonton, I would likely go for a hotel that has a better price.
The comfort of the room was amazing. I loved the pillows and the bed. Always makes for an amazing sleep
The staff at the front desk were confused of payment. It was all on my credit card and my partner was told he needed to pay. It was sorted out but it was a bit inconvenient.
Room was directly above conference centre that had a loud event that went late
Noise
Restaurant service was really good.
Parking was very limited. Very difficult to drive out of facility due to proximity to major intersection.
I would like to say thanks for the young man, who was serving breakfast. April, 28
Location!
The TV didn’t work well. No breakfast included.
Very clean and well-maintained facilities. Great locations. Complimentary beverages (coffee, hot chocolate, french vanilla) in the morning. Pool and hot tub are nice too
It would be great to have smart TV, but not too much of a problem.
i wish you guys had better gym equipment, besides that, the hotel was great and i will be coming back :)
Breakfast was delicious, staff in the restaurant were very.
N0 complaints, enjoyed my stay and I found all staff to be helpful.
We have stayed at your hotel before and it's perfect for us. It is nice that breakfast is included with the rate; nice bonus. Staff are also very friendly and quite accommodating. Our experience is that we feel welcome every time return. We continue to come back to your hotel because of the staff and how kind they are.
Parking is terrible. The times we have stayed at the hotel we are always in town to watch Edmonton Oilers games. When we return to the hotel after the game there is never any stalls. We've had to park on the grass at times. Because there are two hotels that share the parking lot parking is at a premium. As well, the parking lines are non-existent and people park however they want. I realize that having sufficient stalls is out of your control however perhaps getting the parking lines painted would be appreciated. There are also crater-like holes which could be filled with compacted sand or gravel if asphalt is not an option.
