Good location, parking nearby in Great North gives discount for hotel stay
Pros:

Friendly staff and good location. Decent room and comfy bed. All clean. Good parking Great North who offer discount for hotel stay

Cons:

Room was too warm and during night noise from birds meant window couldn’t be opened. Small air con unit in room but that was quite noisy too.

Good budget accommodation in central Belfast
Pros:

Good central location on a quiet street. Ignore the derelict building next door! No noise from other guests, only issue is that my room was at back of hotel overlooking the delivery bay for a Tesco Express which had a noisy delivery at 7am each morning. Room itself slightly dated with a shower in the bath but perfectly acceptable and clean. No restaurant or bar in hotel but plenty available nearby. Good TV service and free wifi.

Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

The hotel is very dated, very small basic rooms with no extra amenities for the cost of a nights stay. The beds and pillows are not comfortable! And over bath showers (if anyone struggle s with this type of shower facilities)
