Cosy easy for short stay
Pros:

A large comfortable room in a great location, excellent value compared to my stays in Dublin
Pros:

I loved this location, close to the main part of town on a lovely square with outdoor tables for the pubs, and nice trees. I felt safe there. The room was good. I travelled by train and this was a great place to stay for easy flat access to Grand Central Station. Compared to the 3 different hotels I stayed in Dublin, this was fantastic value for money too (different country/currency of course)

Cons:

I had the window open as the weather was warm and there was no cooling in the room. That meant a bit of noise from the square (I was on the third floor). Belfast people like to party! But the location was so good that it was worth it.

did what was needed to allow overnight stay
Pros:

clean room, most of what you would expect for the price

Cons:

Parking unavailable outside hotel due to decking/seating area covering the road, took ages for staff to find our booking, no handsoap in bathroom, noisy room
