Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, hotel bardzo nowoczesny, na pewno warty polecenia jako punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania miasta. Śniadania dobre, ale nie było dużego wyboru.

Alright, but there's nothing 'deluxe' about it
Pros:

This hotel was slightly disappointing over all, but there's good stuff too: the location is great (directly behind the central train station, bang in the city center). The lobby is comfortable. You can play table football and table tennis in the hall. Breakfast buffet is very good. Beds are good, we had two good nights of sleep.

Cons:

We had a 'deluxe family room', but honestly, they shouldn't call it that. There was nothing 'deluxe' about it, it's more of a hostel dorm for four. There were four beds (two twins pushed together to make it a double, plus bunk beds for the kids right next to it), but that was it. One chair, one tiny desk. There's not even a seat (or enough space) for four people; all you do here is sleep. There's a water cooker in your room, but no coffee or tea. You'll find coffee and tea downstairs in the lobby, but there's no water cooker there. Which is a bit odd: hot water upstairs, a coffee stick downstairs.

One of the reasons for us to pick this hotel was the swimming pool... but the pool needs an upgrade, it was closed and under construction. Maybe the builders can give the bathrooms and showers of the family rooms an upgrade while they're at it. It sure is time for that.

All in all it was... okay, but it's definitely not as good as it looks on this website.

Stay here when the pool is available.
Pros:

We just did one night, so it was good to be close to the metro before flying home. Room was quiet when windows shut, and we we able to get the room down to 19 degrees for sleeping.

Cons:

I was disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs...it looked AMAZING. Swimming laps in a big circle? Wow! I'd consider staying here next time I come to Copenhagen just for the pool.

Schöner Aufenthalt, wenn man es mit Sauberkeit nicht so streng sieht
Pros:

Superfreundliches Personal, helles Zimmer, einladende Lobby mit gemütlichen Sitzecken gutes Frühstück mit ein paar veganen Optionen. Sportangebot (gegen Gebühr), Wasserkocher im Zimmer (Teebeutel und Instantkaffee stehen in der Lobby bereit).

Cons:

Man könnte deutlich mehr putzen - ich habe die Schrankböden vor der Benützung gereinigt sowie den Duschkopf entkalkt, weil sehr wenig herauskam)
Leider war das Schwimmbad gesperrt.

På det stora hela; godkänt men inte mycket mer.
Pros:

Bra för barnen med pingisbord och fotbollsspel i entrén.

Cons:

TV:n kunde bara visa två (danska) kanaler. Passerande tåg hördes under morgontimmarna.
Anmärkningsvärt att det inte fanns något grönt att lägga på smörgåsen till frukosten (varken gurkskivor, tomat, paprika eller groddar). Under frukosten gick en i personalen före i kaffekön för att ’göra kaffe till sin kollega’.
Inget kaffe på rummet, inte heller body lotion i duschen. Schampohållaren var trasig, så missade först att vi överhuvudtaget fått schampo (den stod utanför duschen).
Swimmingpoolen var stängd under vår vistelse.
