Pros:

Konumu çok iyi tren istasyonuna 3-4 dakika mesafede, aynı şekilde metroya da. Tivoli ye 5-6 dakika. Nyhavn’a yürüyerek 25 dakika, dümdüz yürümesi keyifli bir yol. Odalar oldukça geniş Kopenhag’ta banyolar genelde çok küçük, burası oldukça yeterliydi. Odalar temizdi, her gün oda temizliği var. Arkasında ikea ve avm var otelin. Yerler halı değil, balkon var kapısı açılıyor. Odada ütü ve fön makinesi var. Türk kahvaltı mantığına göre çeşitler az görünebilir ama yetiyor, biten her şeyin devamı geliyor. Lobide ücretsiz şişelerimizi doldurabileceğimiz su var. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve kibar.

Everything you need!
Pros:

Superb breakfast buffet, with fresh and delicious danish ingredients. Great coffee. Great tea choice at the lobby for all your stay. Very nice self-service baggage storage.

Pros:

Friendly, great location, loved the free games, football table and table tennis. We also used the pool. Loved the cold free water to fill out water bottles. Breakfast was also lovely

Μεγάλα και άνετα δωμάτια

Cons:

Μετά από μεγάλη και κουραστική μέρα επιστρέψαμε στο ξενοδοχείο για μπάνιο αλλά δυστυχώς δεν είχε ζεστό νερό. Αφού παραπονεθηκαμε στην ρεσεψιόν μας είπαν ότι περίμεναν τον μηχανικό για επιδιόρθωση. Ένα μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο με αρκετά ψηλές τιμές θα έπρεπε να επιδιορθωνε την βλάβη εντός ώρας αλλά δυστυχώς δεν! Είχα κλείσει 3 δωμάτια για όλη την οικογένεια που μου κόστισαν €1200 για 2 βραδυα. Δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένη. Το κρεβάτι άβολο αλλά το μόνο καλό ήταν το πρόγευμα και η τοποθεσία του.

Pros:

The breakfast a was very continental style offering. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the rooms were a good size.

Cons:

The mattresses were thin and kept slipping of the bed which appeared to be broken underneath. Linen etc was clean but our room was not as clean as we would have expected.

Poor cleanliness. My room still had dirty towels on the floor when we first arrived. Hot water tank broke and took hours to fix. Uncomfortable beds
