10/10 Perfect Danish Stay
Pros:

10/10 the room is great, very spacious, comfortable and clean. Really loved all the lobby ammendities, with a still and sparkling water faucet, boardgames, and a wide range of drinks, as well as a ping-pong table, football table and darts. To add to all of this, just the perfect location right next to the central station and to Tivoli Gardens (just 5min walk).

Pros:

Byłam w hotelu zaledwie kilka godzin. Nic szczególnego nie zwróciło mojej uwagi. Hotel spełnił swoja podstawową funkcję czyli zapewnił mi nocleg.

Cons:

Niestety mimo wliczonego śniadania w cenę nie skorzystałam z niego. Opuściłam hotel o godzinie 07:10 rano w sobotę, a w weekend śniadanie jest serwowane od godziny 07:30. Poprosiłam pracowników recepcji o przygotowanie i spakowanie dla mnie śniadania, żebym mogła je odebrać przy wymeldowaniu, niestety pracownicy poinformowali mnie, że w tym hotelu takie rozwiązanie nie jest praktykowane. Jako pracownik hotelowy zupełnie nie rozumiem takiego podejścia. Stąd taka a nie inna ocena w przypadku pytania o śniadanie.

Ideal gelegen, Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und das Buffet wird schnell wieder aufgefüllt.Das Schwimmbad ist auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas klein.
Man hört die Züge,nichts für geräuschempfindliche Menschen.

La struttura si presenta bene ed è situata in un’ottima posizione, comoda per visitare la città e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. La camera era confortevole e il soggiorno nel complesso è stato piacevole.

L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda la colazione, che ho trovato poco varia. Inoltre, durante il soggiorno le lenzuola non sono state cambiate e, per quanto riguarda gli asciugamani, è stato effettuato il cambio solo per una persona anziché per tutti gli ospiti della camera.

Nel complesso, una buona struttura con margini di miglioramento nell’attenzione al servizio.

Lokasyon için tercih etmiştik memnun kaldık
Pros:

Konum çok iyi. Personeller güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Oda oldukça geniş ve temizdi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Su ve soda lobiden sürekli olarak temin edilebiliyordu. Ayrıca lobideki buzdolabını kullanmak istediğimizde yardımcı oldular.

Cons:

Odada buzdolabı ve terlik yoktu. Terlik lobide ücretli olarak satılıyor. Duştan çıkar çıkmaz ayakkabı giymek zorunda kaldık. Odamız tren yoluna bakıyordu. Aşırı gürültü yoktu ama geçen her trende valiz tekerleğinin çıkardığı ses gibi gürültü geliyor.
