Lage. Sauberes Meer, Strand

Cons:

Preis -Angebot stimm absolut nicht , Hygienische Faktoren katastrophal, Standard Einrichtung vom Zimmer , Einige Zimmer haben Kühlschrank einige habe keine , aus dem Klimaanlagen kommt Gestank von Kanalisation wir haben drei mal die Zimmer gewechselt und das Essenangebot für All inklusive Paket ist nicht mal Menschen würdig
Und Wlan gibt nur wenn sie sich in der Nähe vom Rezeption aufhalten ein Hotel mit 4 Sterne

Pros:

C est un grand hôtel avec une grande piscine,très proche de la mer,propre.
J apprécie le professionnalisme de l agent de l accueil :Monsieur Nour bien accueillant,serviable, malgré la charge de travail il garde le sourire avec les clients.

Cons:

La différence de comportement des agents d accueil et du restauration quand il s agit d un client étranger ou pas.
J ai pas de tout apprécié le comportement de deux animateurs lors du water-polo j ai même entendu des gros mots alors que nos enfants sont en train de jouer.
La nourriture n est pas variée,les serveurs sont débordés car peu nombreux ce qui impacte la qualité du service .

Pros:

Läget med pool och stranden nära

Cons:

Inte värt 4 stjärnor. Incheckningen tog lång tid och vi kände oss ignorerade. Det luktade mögel på vissa ställen. Mattan på rummet var den äckligaste matta jag gått på. Hela hotellet behövs renoveras. Buffén var god och personalen i matsalen var trevliga.

* L’organisation de l’hôtel est mauvaise.
* La chambre et les toilettes n’étaient pas propres à notre arrivée.
* Il manque de personnel, ce qui entraîne un service lent.
* Environ 90 % des employés ne savent pas comment s’adresser aux clients et manquent de courtoisie.
* Nous avons eu un long retard avant de pouvoir obtenir notre chambre.
* La nourriture est fade et manque de goût.
* L’hôtel accepte plus de clients que sa capacité ne semble le permettre, ce qui nuit à la qualité du service.
* Les règlements ne sont pas appliqués de la même façon pour tous les clients. Par exemple, certaines personnes peuvent prendre une bouteille de boisson gazeuse alors que d’autres se la voient refuser. Les règles devraient être les mêmes pour tout le monde.
