Take care, you should
Pros:

WARNING: Theft of personal belongings from the bag path in the room! I would like to warn all future guests about one of the most terrifying situations that can happen to a traveler. During my stay, all my money was stolen from my personal bag that I left in the room. The room was locked, which clearly indicates that the hotel staff had access and committed the theft. This is not a case of a neglected safe, but a direct search of the guest's personal belongings. When I discovered this, I immediately informed the reception and asked for the management to be involved. The biggest shock was the complete indifference of the management. My numerous complaints were completely ignored. No one tried to talk to me, check with the relevant staff, or offer me any explanation or apology. They act as if nothing happened. You absolutely cannot leave any valuables in the room of this hotel, not even locked in your personal luggage. Your safety and the safety of your belongings are at zero. I have filed a police report and advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs

DO NOT STAY HERE- stay next door instead
Pros:

Visited here this week with my friend and this hotel was awful.

Cons:
There was no entertainment on throughout the day so it was SO boring.
The gym wasnt for free which is beyond a rip off.
There was no menu for cocktails and very limited drink selection and what was available, wasnt great.
The food was the WORST- the cheapest tomato sauce in the spaghetti, burnt pizza with funny tasting cheese, plain rice, carrots and some mystery meat. We were starving by day three. The food also stayed in the same every lunch and dinner and on Saturday there must have been a conference at the hotel because it was rammed with hundreds of people who were really rude and pushing and no manners. Even the chocolate cake was dry.
Also there is no Wifi besides reception and even then, its patchy and doesnt work because everybody from the hotel is also sat there.
The beds made me itchy and I was up all night scratching and I felt really dirty.

Pro:
Nice sized pool.

This hotel really ruined the Tunisian experience.

Stay next door!

Pros:

The only time in my life I've found the blankets dirty the towels dirty, some friend found the blanket of the previous client ( the hotel said we change the blanket every 2 days and my friend say, well is my first night) the hotel just makes the bed again!!!! Half ppl of the tour askfir change the rooms!!!!! Unpolite receptionist. My room didn't have towels, when they bring it were dirty with hair!.. as all the el mouradi hotels I've been in tunisia bad breakfast (lidl quality) and bad dinner. 5stars? Hahaha bad joke. Trust me, avoid it. And please hotel, don't answer me with your standard phrase, actually you do nothing to solve the problems everybody says.

Not a 5-star Hotel - Dirty rooms, Poor service, Mold, Bribery at Check-In, and Overall neglected
Pros:

Overall, this hotel is nowhere near a 5-star standard. In fact, even 3 stars would be generous. Based on our stay, I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing holiday.

Rooms

Our experience started off as a nightmare. We arrived around 1 a.m. and were given a room that looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. The air conditioner made loud clicking noises and there was a lot of noise from outside. After two hours of waiting, we finally received another room, where we managed to sleep for a night, but the bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor and the balcony door couldn’t be locked. In the morning we had to beg for another room, as they claimed room changes were only allowed once.

The third room was more usable, but still far from acceptable. The first two rooms (and the hallways) had old carpets with a heavy, musty smell. The third room had tiled floors, which helped slightly with the odor, but the damp, moldy air was still there. Later we found out that guests who slipped 50 euros into their passport at check-in were given a decent room much faster — essentially an open bribe system.

Even in the “better” room, issues were everywhere:

The AC was dripping water, walls were damp and moldy around the vent.

Mold stains on the ceiling, painted over poorly.

Hairdryer didn’t work and gave small electric shocks.

Moldy shower curtain, tiny bathtub impossible to use comfortably.

Wardrobe was falling apart and smelled of mold, so we didn’t unpack.

Ventilation was terrible: after cleaning, the floor stayed wet for hours, leaving the whole room damp and musty.

Furniture was worn out, moldy, chipped, smelly.

Beds were a joke: deep craters in the mattresses made it hard to get out of them. Pillows were rock hard.

No curtains, only blackout blinds, meaning you had zero privacy if you wanted to air out the room.

Cleanliness was the biggest problem: towels were often dirty, stained (including yellow marks, oil-like spots, and even blood stains). We had to search for a “cleaner” corner to use. Towels were taken away at 10–11 a.m. and new ones only arrived late afternoon.

Bed linen was always stained as well, no matter how many times they changed it.

Dining

The food quality was very inconsistent. On some days, the variety was decent, but on weekends — when the number of guests doubled — the dining experience collapsed. It often felt like a battlefield. Serving stations were opened from two sides, but utensils were only on one side. If you didn’t arrive at opening time, finding a clean table was difficult, and many were not properly cleared after previous guests.
Waiters often ignored us at lunch and dinner, forcing us to get our own drinks. Many dishes were undercooked or underseasoned. At one point the restaurant got so crowded they had to block the entrance because there was no more space inside.

Bars and drinks

The bars were overwhelmed, especially in the evenings during the shows. Long queues, soft drinks often out of stock. The quality of alcoholic drinks was extremely poor, below even the cheapest brands. At the beach bar, the beer was literally watered down.

Internet

Wi-Fi only works near the reception — and even there, it was practically useless. Messages barely went through, emails took multiple attempts, video calls were impossible, and even audio calls constantly cut out. Not only is remote work impossible, but even basic communication was a struggle.

Beach

The beach itself was beautiful, probably one of the best in Tunisia. There were always enough sunbeds, and at first a staff member would kindly sweep the sand off them and escort us. But since we didn’t tip him, this “service” quickly stopped.

Entertainment

The evening shows and animations were embarrassing. The 6–10 person animation team tried, but most had no rhythm, let alone dance skills. The performances were awkward, forced, and boring — they didn’t enjoy it, and neither did we. It felt more like disaster tourism than entertainment.

Guests and atmosphere

The majority of the guests were local/Arab families, and on weekends their numbers increased dramatically. This in itself wouldn’t be an issue, but their behavior often was. In the restaurant it was chaotic, and what shocked us most was a very unpleasant encounter: one aggressive man shouted at me (not at my girlfriend, because in his eyes women don’t deserve to be spoken to) that she shouldn’t be wearing a bikini, that this is a Muslim country, and that we should go home if we didn’t like it. Another older man argued at the beach bar because women were served before him. For a tourist destination, this kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable.

Conclusion

Everything about this hotel screamed low budget, neglected, run-down. The cleanliness was shocking, the service below any acceptable level, and the overall experience disappointing.

This is at best a 3-star hotel. It should definitely not be advertised as 5 stars.
If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

A lovely experience in Madhia again due to staying here for many years ln the area.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The entertainment team where excellent and the restaurant and bar staff. The cleaners were also good and helpful.Room had a fridge as advertised. The food is good but could do with a bit more variety. The pool area is very good. The lifeguards are also excellent very observant at all times. The room was cleaned everyday. Not dirty or dusty at all.The following reasons are why l have given it a 4 star rating instead of 5 are that the carpets need replacing due to wear and tear after a long length of use. Also the bathrooms need to be completely refurbished due to being very outdated. At meal times it is very busy and it can be very difficult to find a table.Maybe the only way to resolve the situation is to have 2 sittings in the main months. These comments will not prevent us from staying here again in the future.
We travelled from the UK .

Not the best hotel for English speakers
Pros:

Location - perfect for the beach but that’s about all that you can do as it is close to nothing else . It is a remote location and you have to take a private yellow taxi everywhere. The Bedouin village tour is not worth it because it is not ann authentic setting but built as a tourist stop - the camel ride is the only enjoyable experience albeit short .
If you speak ENGLISH - do not go to this hotel as it does not cater for you only French German and Arabic . The staff is the saving grace of this hotel because they keep it alive and entertaining . The lifeguards are great , the male waiters in the dining hall and the bar man at the poolside bar ! When we left we wanted our towel deposit back but the man at reception said the cashier is not here so what must I do ?? Very unhelpful !!!

WORST HOTEL/RESORT EVER!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!
Pros:

First of all I would like to say that this is the first review I ever do, however I felt it was extremely important to let everyone here know to absolutely avoid this hotel/ resort!!!

I have worked in hotels and also traveled around the world all my life and this was by far the worst 5 star hotel I have ever been in.

Here are the lists of points I would share that gave this review:
1. Internet - even though it advertises that it has free internet, the internet is only available in reception and it was an open WiFi meaning not secure. For the entire stay we had no internet in the room, pool, beach or anywhere else apart from the reception area, which forced us to spend time there just to stay connected. In a 5 star hotel where we live in an era where internet is everything it is unacceptable that there is no internet! When I asked the staff the only response was “no there is no internet in the rooms just here”. As if this was totally normal.

2. Gym and spa - first of all it was on a disgusting state, the gym looked like a basement where some weights where thrown there just so they can say they have a gym. Worst of all, you had to pay for it!!!! On top of the all inclusive we paid, the gym was 20 extra per HOUR!!! (just the gym) and it you wanted to add the spa then you had to pay even more!!! Totally ridiculous since when you go to resorts the all objective is to have all inclusive and not have to pay extra for facilities that should be included.

3. All inclusive + alcohol bevarage - we bought the all inclusive and high involved 3 meals per day and alcohol drinks (not spirits). When I asked for a beer in a bottle (becks) they said, this you must pay for!!! So I was only aloud one type of wine and one type of beer, if I wanted something different I had to pay

4. Towels for the beach- you guessed it! Had to pay for them as well!!!! Ridiculous!!! Expecially cause they were in a detrimental state, so we were forced to buy them at the store insight which probably makes millions since he is located inside the resort and everyone bought there since nothing was included in the hotel

5. Food- we stayed 4 days and every day was the same food! No diversity and also very bad quality! It was also a mess to find a table to stay in since the hotel was as full and the facilities could not support it, to the point where we were also asked to wait outside the restaurant

6. Cleaning and hygiene - where to start here - dirtiest rooms ever!!! To the point where I found ants and insects in the very first day! Stains all over the resort and the most shocking part was the following day where a swimming short was left in my room which was NOT mine!! Honestly this was the first time I have ever experience a 5 star hotel so dirty and decadent!

To finish off - the staff was really poor as well, we are not complainers at all, we tend to stay quiet and just try to avoid any disputes in order to make the best of every trip but every time we asked for something we were told that we either had to pay for it or could not help which it was extremely frustrating.

Someone should really review this hotel properly because it’s totally false advertisement and very poor quality! 3 star at best but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was 2 stars even.

I could add more stuff from the beach that was full of cigarettes buds to the swimming pool that was extremely dirty but I’m just gonna stop here since I think you have enough! Totally avoid this rubbish place and remove it from all channels please so no one can actually book it!
