The breakfast was full of options, but it's the staff that makes the place successful. They are so accommodating. All of them! from the front desk to the restaurant and the cleaning crew.

I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location is perfect for a Copenhagen first timer. It was easy to get to many sites and while it is quite central, it was quiet at night so sleeping wasn't an issue. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated all the Danish inclusions so we could learn a bit about your culture. I also liked that there is a relationship with a sister hotel so that when I wanted to use the gym, this was available to me.

Återkommande ljud under natten från hissar(?) eller rinnande vatten (?) som störde nattsömnen!
Bodde i enkelrum 5511 som ligger närmast hissen eller om det finns någon annan källa till det återkommande ljudet.
Annars allt fint!!

צוות נעים מאוד ושירותי מאד. חדר קטן וחמוד, לזוג זה צפוף. ארוחת הבוקר לוותר .

מיקום טוב, מרכזי . מרחק הליכה מכל מקום שצריך.

החדר מעט קטן , אין מקום לבגדים לזוג וגם לא למזוודות.

Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Direkt vor dem Eingang war - nur durch eine Einbahnstraße getrennt, also relativ ruhig,- das Wasser. Ganz in der Nähe war der Hafen und die Fußgängerzone war auch fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Schrank, die Kleidungsstücke mussten auf einer offenen Stange aufgehängt werden. Das Bad hatte eine relativ hohe Badewanne.
