Comfortable easy relaxing place to stay on holiday-
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and the room was very comfortable. We paid for an upgrade to a suite overlooking the harbor-it was worth every penny! The breakfast was phenomenal with a lot of healthy options and delicious coffee.

Everything was very comfortable and pleasant

Cons:

It's very expensive, but maybe it's considered normal price in Coppenhagen.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, dall'inizio alla fine del soggiorno.
Posizione eccellente per raggiungere la zona del porto e la metro.
Colazione molto buona e varia, hanno anche opzioni per intolleranti al lattosio.

Cons:

Prezzo molto alto per una camera standard in un hotel "essenziale" (dico essenziale nel senso che essendo molto attenti all'ambiente, non ci sono kit cortesia o altro, e bisogna specificare di pulire la camera se soggiornate per brevi periodi), purtroppo il dispenser del sapone non era pieno al nostro arrivo e neanche dopo.

Nice hotel in the heart of Copenhagen
Pros:

I had a bad fall on the cobblestones around the corner from the hotel right before checking in and the hotel staff was wonderful and brought me (unsolicited!) a bag of ice to help…. That kind of service is always greatly appreciated!

Cons:

The room was really small, even though it was well appointed and had a nice bathroom.

More space to store clothes .... no chests. No portable stand for luggage bag. Slippery bathtub... need more than one small handrail to avoid spill.
