My favorite Hotel in Orlando. Great staff, great rooms and great location.
Amazing hotel with first class service.
There are no words to express how wonderful this place is. I looked at a lot of different hotels and went on this one the level of Care concern from the staff, the way the grounds are kept, the savory food, and the beautifully comfortable rooms are amazing. This place exceeded our expectations, after a long day with many ups and downs at the airport. They were concerned about every detail down to if we even eaten for the day and making sure that everything was taken care of for us once we arrived. All the staff is incredibly friendly you were in for treat when arriving at this hotel!!
Perfect location for downtown Orlando! The staff from valet (Luis and Peyton+) to checkout was impecable! Victoria was amazing at the front desk and Mohammed and Nabil were on top of everything! Definitely will return:)

It is beautifully decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant are nice as well. The pool is nice.
I was there for a short time and went to the pool at 9am on a Monday but it wasn’t open until 11. I had no other plans that day than to relax by the pool so it was a bit disappointing to have to wait.
Just an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and well appointed, but the star of the show is the staff. They couldn’t have been more pleasant and attentive and accommodating. 5 stars.
I’m only giving this place five stars because of the gentleman who worked there, Renford. He showed incredible hospitality from the moment we walked in the front door and met him at the front desk. He was very kind to me and the lady I was with, even inviting us to brunch the next day and offering us a meal.
When we slept in and missed brunch, he spotted us on our way out when we were checking out and brought us some mimosas as a gift. He also wished us well on our travels. I couldn’t say enough good things about him. He’s the reason I’m giving this place five stars.

The neighborhood
Had stayed here years ago and loved it. Like a good wine the hotel is now even better. The hotel has an awesome Sunday brunch. The rooms are spotless and we enjoyed the whole place. Don’t look elsewhere.
I booked a staycation to evaluate the last 6 months of the year and what I want to do differently the next 6 months of the year. Unfortunately it didn’t go as planned. My dinner was 30 minutes late from ordering, but Adele was great and comped my bread and kept me informed. I was awaken at 5am on a Saturday by a sound check outside for a 5K that was happening at 7:30. Heath just said it was out of their control not necessarily an apology. My $39 meal that I received came with cold corn in which I was given by Heath a $10 Starbucks card. My name and number was left for the manger to call but I have yet to receive that. I paid $200 for a room where I was kept up most the night from road noise and then intentionally wanted to sleep in but was woken up at 5am. Staff was nice just not the experience I was paying for and believed I could have been comped for my room better regardless if it was or was not their fault because it certainly wasn’t mine either.
Excellent service and staff that were attentive and welcoming. The restaurant and lounge were a great highlight with exceptional food as well as live acoustics to set the ambiance.
The overall experience was absolutely great! The food at the o, restaurant is delicious. The decor is very beautiful.
The overall experience was very, very nice. Friday nights DJ at the pool also provided a great vibe, I suggest having him on Sundays after brunch hours.
