Amazing staff well organized very friendly environment totally recommend anyone i know definitely staying there again on our next trip

Even though we only live 20 minutes away, my husband and I were celebrating an anniversary and decided to stay at a hotel. The Grand Bohemian in Orlando was the perfect choice for us. Every detail of the decor was well thought out and stunning, the food at the The Boheme was delicious and the service great. We may even go back next year again.

Went to the grand bohemian to pick up a Starbucks order which happened to be inside the hotel.
Valet guys were awesome when I pulled in, Charles helped me get parking to go pick up my order.

Starbucks staff was also friendly because my order had been picked up by the wrong person and remade my order.

Great location. Very attentive staff , and great amenities ! I would recommend anyone staying in the DTO to stay at this location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Bohemian Orlando, Autograph Collection in downtown Orlando! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—every staff member was attentive, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. They even went out of their way to add special touches for our anniversary, which made the stay feel extra memorable.

Dinner at The Boheme Restaurant was a highlight. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was just as impressive. It was the perfect spot for a special evening.

The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful art and décor throughout that gives it a truly upscale and unique atmosphere. Our room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt polished and well maintained.

Another big plus is the location—it's just a short walk to the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, which made it incredibly convenient for a night out.

Overall, the Grand Bohemian Orlando, Autograph Collection delivers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Orlando.

Staff was really attentive and nice. Valet was great too, Charlie held it down. Would come back for sure.

Went for lunch with my girlfriend to the boheme and was welcomed very graciously by Charlie and the other valet staff. Redford was my waiter for lunch and he was phenomenal as well. Enjoyed my visit, a job well done!

Had a business trip the end of January, ended up, going to the Sand Casino as we call It and won big. Shout out to, Charles from valet… the guy was a struck of good luck, positive vibes with a professional attitude. Good guy, keep grinding friend.

This was a perfect stay. We were attending a show at the Dr. Philips Center and the Grand Bohemian is across the street. The location could not be better. From the moment we walked in, customer service was exceptional. The valet service was great. We got a complimentary upgrade, which was an unexpected and very gracious surprise. The room was very nicely appointed and comfortable.

We then went down to the restaurant for dinner. It was early, practically empty and we did not have reservations. We were seated promptly by a wonderful hostess and not long after, the restaurant began to fill up. We realized that we were lucky to get the table. Our server, Leo, was amazing. Very attentive and thoughtful in such a genuine way. He was really invested in our dining experience and very kind.

The meal was fantastic, and after eating the main, we were full and didn't have room for dessert. Leo told us that the restaurant closed at 10 pm, so we thought maybe we would make it back before the restaurant closed to grab a nightcap and dessert.

We got back to the hotel at 10:10 pm. Some people were still in the restaurant finishing their meals, and we asked the hostess if there was any way we could sit and quickly have dessert. We received an apologetic "no" but she said that we could still get dessert at the bar. There were some quiet seats by the piano, and I asked on of the wait staff in the bar if they served those tables. It was crowded, and she was very busy, but still took time to let me know that she would be right with me.

As promised, she found us in the piano atrium and took our drink order. I wish I had gotten her name so I could mention it here. She brought our drinks and a dessert menu, and as we were trying to decide on which one to share, Leo appeared with the chocolate cake dessert and placed it between us with two spoons. He said he knew we hadn't had time for dessert and had hoped to come back for it after the show. He had already talked to our waitress from the bar, so she was not at all surprised when she came to check on us and we were polishing off chocolate cake.

It is moments like these that make people feel special. It doesn't have to be free dessert. Warmth, kindness and genuine care for those around you. A little thoughtfulness goes such a long way.

It would be nice to get a text message about free à la carte breakfast, before I went out and bought one.
The restaurant was already out of soup at 5 PM.
The charcuterie board in a restaurant was horrible.
three pieces of prosciutto , four cubes of cheese and two olives.
Honestly, I had better expectations for the food and presentation.

This property should not be an autograph category. The doors in my suite were filthy, the iron didn’t work the phone didn’t work. So much noise from the streets. Used valet and gave them about 6-7 minutes heads up and it still took them 15 mins to get my car-and no it wasn’t that busy. So between the iron not working and the ridiculous amount of time for my car I was a nice 20 mins late for my business meeting. The property is tired and dirty

I had such a wonderful experience at the Grand Bohemian Hotel! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing — elegant, warm, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The décor and overall vibe make it feel both luxurious and comfortable at the same time.

The cleaning staff did an outstanding job. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained throughout my stay, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

A special thank you to the valet, Charles, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. He truly went above and beyond and made a great first impression. His kindness and positive attitude really stood out!

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with excellent service.

We loved the hotel and the service we received while staying here. Unfortunately we didn't get our room serviced the first day as housekeeping arrived about 1730 when we were back getting ready to go out for the evening. The next day we were in the room again, but asked for them to come back and they did.We had breakfast one morning and it was absolutley delicious, so glad we did that. The pool and bar were great. Its a shame in the winter the sun is only there in the morning, but we did hear that during the summer the sun is out all day and can imagine that would be lovely. The pool bar was great and service there was really good. The gym was fully stocked and a really good place for a holiday workout. We loved the hotel and were happy. Possibly not the hotels fault but at the end of our stay, our flight got postponed a day and so we went to the reception to ask if it would be possible to stay for a further night. The receptionist said they were unable to book at the front desk and it had to be done online. Unfortunately i was unable to do this as it specified that we had to stay 3 nights minimum - which we had already done, but we couldn't then add a night on, so we then had to check out and move hotels. Luckily our new hotel was great, was just an extra stress at the end of the holiday, but was informed this was the policy.
