Extremely helpful staff on every level.
Pros:

Breakfast was to our liking with broad offerings to satisfy every taste. The hotel location in its proximity to public transportation is excellent.

Cons:

There was nothing that we did not outright like. The room and bathroom was kept very clean throughout our stay with professional attention to every detail.

Celkovo sa nám páčilo.Určite raňajky môžem pochváliť, boli pomerne pestré, bolo si z čoho vybrať.Raňajkuje sa akoby v zimnej záhrade,čo bol ozaj krásny, malebný priestor.
Chválim aj čistotu hotela a ústretový personál.Pani recepčná povedala,že hostia sa do hotela zvyknú vracať.Mala pravdu, rozhodne sa znova vrátime :)

Nice building in a quiet leafy district
Pros:

Beautiful building, very clean, friendly staff, great location and very safe and quiet for a perfect night sleep. Mini fridge and kettle in the room and they stored our luggage after checkout which meant we could still enjoy the city.

Cons:

The pillows were good quality but were oversized which caused some discomfort.
Wish the breakfast had a few more options or better quality food.

La città di Praga è molto bella, tante cose da vedere, facile da girare con i mezzi pubblici.
Pros:

Ottima la posizione, vicinissima ai mezzi pubblici, Metro A e tram che ha permesso di raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche facilmente ed in breve tempo.
Personale disponibile e gentilissimo. Buona la pulizia ed il confort.

Cons:

Colazione, non ho mai visto riassortire ciò che terminava, scarsa presenza in sala del personale. Per Noi italiani che siamo abituati ad una colazione a base dolce, scarsissima scelta, tutto messo in un unico piatto, senza un minimo di separazione per evitare contaminazioni (chi è allergico sa di cosa si tratta). Nessuna etichetta sui dolci e nessun elenco degli ingredienti ne tantomeno degli allergeni. Forse questo, che è obbligatorio in Italia ed in gran parte d'Europa, non lo è in Repubblica Ceca.
La parte salata, anch'essa senza etichette con ingredienti ed allergeni.
I panini davano l'impressione di non essere freschi, ovvero duri e secchi.
Non è successo solo un giorno, ma l'ho riscontrato per tutto il periodo di 4 giorni
