Det var vansinnigt varmt på hotellrummet. Omöjligt att sova även om sängen var bekväm. Tyvärr är jättetjocka täcken och våldsamt varmt rum en dålig kombo om man vill sova trots skön säng

Zentrale Lage, schöne Lobby, sehr gute Betten, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Äußerst unverbindliches Personal in der Bar. Man wird nicht aufgeklärt, dass Selbstbedienung ist bzw. nachgefragt. Dem Barkeeper entkommt keine Freundlichkeit.
Zimmer und Bad sehr klein mit. Beim Duschen überschwemmt man das ganze Bad samt WC und muss dann Boden wischen.

Pros:

Sehr angenehm empfangen worden, besonders ist hier Maja zu nennen. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, gab viele Empfehlungen und auch sonst war das restliche Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wenig Verstauungsmöglichkeiten bei einem längeren Aufenthalt - für uns aber kein Problem!

Good location, good stay.

Cons:

Nothing really. A comment though: the light fitting in the family room lounge we had was way too low and a flush ceiling light is better especially given children may be staying in that room. Ideally that is changed
