All the family had a pleasant stay.

Far too warm. The heat in the room was unbearable. The lack of air conditioning was disappointing.

Ideal location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room. It was far too warm despite the staff providing a fan. We asked to be moved rooms and were told no room in the hotel had air conditioning.

We asked for a double bed but were given twin beds.

The hotel and room were not as nice as we expected given the price.

Pour les points positifs : le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, et la décoration du rez-de-chaussée ainsi que de la salle du petit-déjeuner est très réussie.
Le personnage est agréable

Cons:

Très forte déception concernant la chambre.
Nous avions réservé une chambre annoncée avec « vue panoramique ». Nous nous attendions donc à une vue dégagée, ce qui n’est absolument pas le cas : une rue sépare simplement l’hôtel d’autres immeubles, avec un important vis-à-vis. La soi-disant « vue panoramique » semble uniquement correspondre à la présence de grandes baies vitrées dans la chambre.

Autre point important : ÉVITEZ ABSOLUMENT la chambre 227. Elle est proposée au même tarif que les autres chambres, alors qu’elle est nettement plus petite, voire exiguë. Il y a à peine assez d’espace pour circuler autour du lit, au point de devoir longer les murs de côté pour se déplacer.

La télévision est également très mal positionnée, complètement sur la gauche du mur au lieu d’être centrée. Résultat : la personne couchée du côté droit doit quasiment se coller à celle de gauche pour pouvoir regarder la télévision correctement.

Aucun espace prévu pour les valises, hormis éventuellement une petite valise cabine.

Également, le coffre-fort est installé quasiment au niveau du sol. Pour les personnes en situation de handicap ou souffrant de maladies chroniques, comme la fibromyalgie par exemple, l’accès est particulièrement difficile, car il faut constamment se baisser pour pouvoir l’utiliser.

Les rideaux ne sont pas du tout occultants et ne couvrent même pas entièrement les fenêtres. Dès les premières lueurs du jour, la chambre est déjà très lumineuse, ce qui réveille dès l’aube.

Concernant la salle de bain, la barre de seuil est surélevée, ce qui fait facilement trébucher. C’est particulièrement désagréable au réveil et tout au long de la journée.

Les chambres manquent clairement de charme et de personnalité.

me he quedado encantado con esta ciudad y con este hotel. buena ubicacion, amplio, comodo y de buen gusto. Muchos lugares para estar y buena musica, con trago invitado por el hotel. La habitacion, de lo mejor!! superconfortable y calida, con ventanales con buena vista. Y un super baño. Todo bajo un diseño comodo y hermoso.

Cons:

no hemos tenido desayuno incorporado, aunque la posibilidad de té y cafe y extras en la habitacion han estado muy bien. Y que en algunas oportunidades faltaba gente tras la barra para atencion o recepcion. Sin embargo ha estado todo muy bien.
