Great value for money
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff

Cons:

WiFi connection was poor to non-existent
Our room was cleaned even though we left the do not disturb sign which might be great for some people but felt a bit like an intrusion for us

Absolutely incredible hotel
Pros:

Absolutely everything. Highlights were the free wine hour 5-6, of course built most of our days around this. The organic breakfast was amazing, complementary Prosecco. A free upgrade for my birthday. Staff were fantastic and guided us around the city. Close to transport links. Nothing more could be done.

Pros:

Really loved my stay! Though perhaps small for any larger person, I found my room was very comfortable and had everything, including a selection of delicious Danish teas along with the boiling kettle. The bathroom floor was warm, which was incredibly cosy and pleasant, and helped with the drying of towels. This really impressed me. My view towards an inner courtyard was also lovely and although the location is rather central and near a big road, it was very peaceful.

Cons:

It seems the stairs were mostly for use for emergencies - I couldn't figure out how to get to breakfast using the stairwell which I could locate near my room (had to use my card to exit that stairwell but it only worked to unlock my floor, not the ground floor). Hence, usually I had to wait for the elevator to get anywhere, which could be a bit frustrating if I was in a rush.

I wish the house cleaning had been a bit better. They did the minimum in cleaning our room each day. Laundry services should be provided to Ben on holiday weekends.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in perfekter Lage mit einem hervorragendem Frühstück!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist ausgesprochen lecker, alles frisch, das meiste biologisch und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Zwischen 17:00 und 18:00 gab es kostenfrei Wein an der Bar! Tolles Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen!
