Pros:

Prima ontbijt en iedere dag wijnuur van het huis tussen 17 en 18 uur

The location is perfect, the design of the hotel is really cool, and I loved the breakfast

Cons:

Had a few issues that unfortunately affected the overall experience:

1. My room wasn’t cleaned during my two-night stay.
2. The sink in the bathroom wasn’t fixed, although I reported the issue a couple of times.
3. At check-out, I was charged for something I had never ordered, and the hotel had to process a reimbursement.

What was particularly disappointing was the way these issues were handled. The staff didn’t even apologise when I raised my concerns, which made the whole experience feel quite frustrating

Tolles Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück hat in super Lage

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, auch die glutenfreien Optionen waren sehr gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können, für uns war es aber völlig in Ordnung. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Die sehr zentrale Lage. Die Art, wie das Hotel gestaltet ist. Hervorzuheben: Top nettes Personal! Frühstück super!

Cons:

Eigentlich hat mir alles gefallen. Ok- Zimmer sind sehr klein- wusste ich aber schon vorher.

Lovely boutique hotel in great neighborhood with complimentary perks.
Pros:

Loved the neighborhood. Loved the complimentary happy hours. Vaekst restaurant was fabulous. Only negative was the first room we were booked into. Top floor with skylights. The AC could not keep up and it was HOT. After 2 nights we switched to the 2nd floor, and that room was a refrigerator. Seems their new AC system needs some tweaks. Staff was wonderful. We really did like the hotel and would stay there again.

Cons:

See my note above re the AC. I'm sure that most of the year the AC is not even used, but it was warm during our stay in Copenhagen.
