Pros:

Great location, very central and easy to walk to almost everything. Breakfast was very well stocked, with a good buffet section and excellent barista coffee. Staff were super friendly, and there was always someone at the reception/bar area. The room itself was compact but very comfortable, and the hotel overall had a lovely sense of style.

Cons:

The aircon unit in my room was a little loud at times, but I wasn't bothered by this for the most part, just seemed to happen on my first night here.

Wunderschönes, sauberes Hotel mit toller Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und super komfortabel. Das Personal war ebenfalls äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ust ein absolutes Highlight, sehr liebevoll zubereitet und sehr lecker. Die Lage ist auch toll, man geht nur ca. 10 Minuten zum Zentrum und zur Einkaufsmeile. Ich würde immer wieder wiederkommen!

We had a fantastic stay in Copenhagen!
The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and featured a large panoramic window that made the space feel bright and spacious. The bed was also extremely comfortable, so we slept wonderfully.
The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
A special mention definitely goes to the breakfast — it was excellent, with a great selection and everything we could have wished for to start the day.
And then there is the absolutely fabulous perk for hotel guests: complimentary Wine O’Clock and a Night Cap! What a wonderful touch. Being able to enjoy a glass of wine and a little nightcap as part of the stay made the experience feel truly special.
Overall, a fantastic hotel with a great atmosphere and wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again!

Location, bed and pillows were comfortable, the day time staff at the bar were very friendly, complimentary drink at 10pm. and access to sparkling and still water on tap, very chilled vibe at the lounge seating and faux fire, breakfast service

Cons:

Not a very friendly check in on arrival at 11.30p.m. on a Saturday night. Breakfast although excellent quality was expensive, the pink interior of the lift and carpet floor were a little aged looking.

Pros:

Hotel tout à fait dans le mood danois, déco sans aucune faute de goût et en même temps très fonctionnel et confortable. Le personnel est efficace et sympathique. Alors que je n'avais pas obtenu la chambre que je souhaitais, tous les efforts ont été faits pour me satisfaire et au final, j'ai été surclassé ! Sa position central dans un quartier vivant est un bon point de départ pour visiter Copenhague. A signaler le restaurant adjacent excellent et semi gastro. En bref, une très bonne adresse.

Soggiorno favoloso, super consigliato

Posizione, gentilezza dello staff, colazione favolosa, ora del vino e degli spirits (idea molto carina e ben organizzata)
