It was close to the event I attended
I had requested prior of the date of my booking for a viaduct view and bath in the room and didn’t get that, didn’t get a respond either only a respond to parking. The guy at reception was rude and judgmental. He had said don’t touch the fridge or mini bar as you have to pay for it as if I had no money. The parking situation was terrible when it came to the guy he tried to charge $100 if I didn’t have a Visa card otherwise said $40 for parking with a Visa card. Then spoke to a lady who said I had to pay $50 from my visa when the guy said $40. It was a terrible experience and because I’m young they judged me and tried to charge more money out of me. Won’t be coming back again.
Friendly staff. Clean room, close to everything.
The location, for us, was excellent.
There was no milk in the fridge, the phone in the room did not work, it did get fixed on day two, the shower head sprayed water all over the place, the TV would intermittently stop working, the coffee cups where left in the dishwasher rather than in the cupboard so I had to make a phone call to find out the where abouts of the cups.
It was close to restaurants and cafe very central and beautiful views.
Better pillows felt them uncomfortable.

The booking site had inferred that parking was included, but when I arrived it was an additional charge, also parking for check in was not clearly defined
Loved the location. Loved the facilities around, restaurants, bars and close to water.
The property has aged and needs refurbishing. A single complementary biscuit would have been nice. Forgot to mention on leaving that toilet in 206 was leaking water into bowl.
Lovely apartment, with separate bedroom. Small deck, good size bathroom. Fantastic location. Staff were very helpful and was given a late check out..

Location is the best thing going for it
It's dated and old. Carpet is terrible. Bathroom was yuk. The noise from the nightclubs was the worst. The place is amazing if you want to get NO sleep
It was in a good location
The receptionist and the room wasn’t very nice even when we payed extra for the queen suite marina view
The bed was so comfortable the unit had heaps of room did all our washing and walking distance to everything
Nothing honestly the club downstairs was going all night and till 5am but you honestly didn’t hear it, it was like having the tv on all night so didn’t bother us
Love the views. The room was spacious and clean.
Could do with a little tidy up in the paint work. General wear and tear.

Honestly, worst room in the hotel! All I could see was a solid wall of concrete with a tip toe view of the car park
