Great situation,reception superb,room airy,large,very good facilities.

The reception team was fantastic! I apologize, I don’t remember their names, but the two gentlemen who checked me in had me laughing after a long car ride and instantly made me feel comfortable. Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location!

Clean and Friendly staff, easy to get to main areas of Auckland's city. Food and shopping nearby. Comfortable beds and a great budget Friendly option for families. Has everything you need.
My only feedback would be longer hot water usage would be better and bigger waste bins or more wasre options in room for recycling as to be able to help.
Overall would definitely recommend.

The location to the Viaduct was brilliant. The staff were brilliant, however, the noise from the bars below kept us awake until 1.00am.

Absolutely loved the position of the hotel very accessible to all the restaurants. The staff were very helpful and polite and the room was nice and big.
The only bad thing was the bed was extremely uncomfortable we stayed for two nights and didn’t get much sleep due to this. I I think they need to start replacing all the mattresses in the hotel.

Great location for our purpose. Mad, the receptionist, was so helpful and courteous.

Front desk personnel was very helpful, the property was very clean and it was conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. It’s right in the viaduct which is super handy. But with that comes the noise - nothing you can’t sleep through though.

Good location - cafes, restaurants nearby, five minutes walk to ferry building.

The staff are absolutely lovely. The location is great, walking distance to all out favourite restaurants. Unfortunately the noise from nearby establishments is intolerable and we had to check out early. If you’re planning on being out every night, no problem. We were here for work and we couldn’t sleep. The staff were very helpful in letting us leave a day early and even let me stay past check out time so I could go straight to the other hotel.

Great location, enjoyed sitting in front of the window watching people walking by. Only disappointment was the didn't have decaf coffee, apart from that great stay.

Was a great stay again receptionist was amazing we will be back
