Pros:

Location was great. Could get to CTA offerings quickly. Very good attached eatery.

Cons:

Great Location, Great Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located in the financial district of Chicago and a 10-15 minute walk from Maggie Daley Park, Grant Park and the Bean. There is an easy access to the subway within a few minutes walk. The room was well appointed and spacious. We got the one bedroom suite and there was so much space for all of our things. The bed and couch were both very comfy. The mini fridge had a lot of space. The microwave was great to have. I even love that the room had places to hang our bath towels outside of the bathroom which is something most hotel rooms are missing. There wasn't a lot of noise which was amazing! We would definitely stay there again!

Cons:

The bathroom could use updating but I have no complaints otherwise.

Location was perfect, ambience needs improvement.
Pros:

Basically, its location was proximate to where I needed to be.

Cons:

My security deposit has not been returned after nearly one and a half months. My personal small towel I used in the bathroom was taken by housecleaning and could not be found before I neeeded to check out.

Cons:

I got the room with breakfast included. They didn't specify that for most things you still had to pay. Oh! You want coffee and juice you can't unless you pay extra . You want eggs and yogurt or fruits you have to pay extra.

great value for work!
Pros:

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My room was small, but it was perfect for a 3 day work conference. Each floor has multiple water bottle stations, a closet for guests to grab sewing kits and additional toiletries etc, and there is a massive business center on the basement level with free printing access from your own laptop. I could also google stream from my phone to the TV (which was great for watching the love island finale :)!!). This was the second cheapest hotel in the area for my event, and I was definitely happy with it. transportation is also close by.

Cons:

My room temp wasn't great when I came in, but I exxaggerated the temperature and it felt much better by bed time. I also wish there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the shower steam heated up the room.
