Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are a bit dated but bed was great.
Pros:

Perfect location in the middle of the loop, and just 3 minutes walk to direct subway to airport.
Included breakfast at the in-house pub is a selection of well balanced pre-defined choices (no buffet).
Free coffee/tea all day in the business area, free filtered/cooled water on every floor.
Only some light noise from outside but overall the city is very quiet at night. Curtains may not block all the "neon" lights from the streets but make the room dark enough.

Cons:

When checking in, the amount shown was less than what was listed on booking.com. Card was charged including incidental hold. But after checking out the final bill and final charge listed a higher amount, with no incidentals but just a higher room price. No explanations, no response on repeated questions. Only the automated bot reply promising to forward the question to front desk staff but no further reply. Difference of some 10-20 dollars less/more. Next time I'd probably pay upfront through booking to prevent such nasty surprises.

Pros:

Staff was very nice, super clean and comfortable. On very floor they have cold water dispensers with water bottles in case you don't have one. The fitness room had quality equipment, treadmills were really nice.

Un lugar súper práctico para un mochilero
Pros:

El personal excelente, que tenga un pub a un lado es genial para ir a comer algo o salir a pasar el rato, que cuente con lavandería gratuita es perfecto para viajeros con poco equipaje.

Cons:

En la noche las calles aledañas se llenan de gente sin hogar que la mayoría están drogadas, esto hace feo el caminar al hotel o da recelo salir.
