Wonderful
Pros:

We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but we loved that most things we wanted to do and see were within walking distance. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent. We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t get to site see as much as we wanted.

Cons:

I didn’t like when we booked the room they didn’t offer two queen size beds. I was in town with my dad so two beds was a must. The only option I had was a queen, king, two twins or a queen with a sleeper sofa. I chose the sleeper sofa and it was very uncomfortable. Also it would be nice if they gave you more bedding when having to sleep on the sleeper sofa.

Pros:

Excellent location. Awesome front desk staff especially the evening front office attendant with the mustache. Excellent value for the price point offered. Would return.

Cons:

Mattress was too stiff. Not the most comfortable. No microwave nor mini fridge in room.

Pros:

It was cheaper than the normal stay at a hotel, but you get what you pay for !!

Cons:

It’s a downtown hotel so everything is expensive. First hotel I ever stayed at that didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave. We literally had to walk every single time to get to our car and make it back to the hotel.

Pros:

Good location to the city, places to eat and public transport nearby. The downstairs restaurant The Elephant and Castle was brilliant.

Cons:

Very thin walls got hardly any sleep over the two nights as loud snoring from the room next door kept me awake. Than on the second night just managed to get to sleep and was woken at 3am by dripping water, the toilet had blocked up and had flooded the bathroom. Got about 2 hours sleep and had to travel long haul flights the next day do not great at all. No apology no offer of a refund or discount. Disappointing as stayed earlier in the week in a different room and it was fine.

Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff. Great meals from the downstairs restaurant. Nice having a nespresso maker in the room. Also free refillable bottled filtered water was a great touch

Cons:

Room was nice but bed was very hard. Would be nice if in room heating was on when you checked in as room was freezing on entry, however did warm up fast once turned heating on
