Very good value, I would stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location, bus stops/ train stations from every corner. Walkable to the art institute of chicago, cultural center, millenium park, grant park. Has everything I needed even for the standard room (microwave, fridge, coffee station, shampoo shower gel etc). Love how there are water refill stations conveniently near the elevators. No issue with room cleanliness.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom, but not a big deal for me

Nice stay at Club Quarters
Pros:

Better than I expected. Nice clean room. Like the Nespreso machine in the room and the water in the hall. Nice staff.

No REFUND on Parking
Pros:

We stayed at the Central Loop Hotel. I mentioned we needed overnight parking, if there was one availablefor this hotel. The staff mentioned yes, there is parking for the hotel and the parking garage is South Loop Garage. The other thing the staff mentioned was to make sure to bring the receipt for the parking back and we would get a refund for parking. However, they NEVER mentioned we needed an overnight pass. So when we took the receipt back they said they would NOT refund us for parking. The parking was from Thursday to Sunday and the price for parking was over $200.00. They said I need to contact the garage. The "garage" mentioned the same thing, that since we didn't get overnight pass there isn't anything they can do. So if you plan on staying at this location good luck on getting any refund for the parking.
