The staff were accommodating, especially Adrian.
The room was dirty, cramped with uncomfortable beds. The foldout sunk down and was impossible to get comfortable in.

Located in Central Loop. Easy to access to metro. Close to convenient stores, good restaurants, and concert halls. The room is pretty spacious, and the bed is very comfy. Room service is easy, just a text away. Staff are helpful and polite.
I wish there's hair dryer in the room, but it's probably something you have to ask. We have room with microwave and sink, but it didn't come with plates, utensils, soap, sponge, etc. We had to ask room service to deliver these things.
