Very nice hotel and a fantastic restaurant next-door that is open from early breakfast till 2 AM in the morning.
Pros:

Nice Hotel and a great part of town. Fantastic restaurants, and art museum. Just a 10 minute walk away.

Cons:

Plumbing water pressure may need to be updated but maybe that’s a similar problem with the neighboring buildings and hotels, so I don’t know.

Only the location was excellent with restaurants, stores and Grand Park nearby

The property wasn’t cleaned at all! Dirty sheets, no housekeeping all the days I stayed in. I booked 1 suite and one king room for me and my family. Arrived at 1PM and check in should start at 3PM. At 3, the King room was ready - was assisted by a very kind young black man who told me we respect that the suite wasn’t ready yet. Given his attitude, I accepted to check all our luggage’s in the ready king room and waited for the suite to be ready. Unfortunately the young man left and the a woman took over… and this was a very very bad experience. My son asked at 4.30 PM whether the suite was ready and the lady start yelling on him - I called her over the phone (as I went out to the Lollalapoza festival) - she raised voice on me and said she didn’t know when the suite will be ready! I asked to speak with her manager and was surprised to hear that she was the manager. As a manager, she should be able to know when approximately the suite could be ready and said she is not in charge of housekeeping. She was very RUDE to customer. One customer even canceled her booking and left the hotel. I sent a complain email to the property and after 20’ my room was ready! Will never go back again!!! Rooms were dirty, dirty sheets, dirty bathrooms, uncomfortable beds - and the price was extremely expenses for the quality of service received. THIS IS A HARD NO!

Good location but bad smell
