Pros:

I liked that there is a beverage station in the lobby. Room was clean. Staff was polite.

Cons:

Breakfast not included. The "hot water" at the beverage station was lukewarm. Not good for making tea or cocoa.

Not what I paid for! Dirty and smaller room!
Pros:

The location was close to where I needed to be for work

Cons:

There were dark hairs on my bed and pillowcases that were not mine and were there when I arrived. There was a used hair tie on the floor by the bed upon arrival. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The front desk staff was short and rude. I paid extra specifically for a king bed/room and was told there were no kings left when I checked in. The breakfast was okay, but not worth the additional cost. No water fountains worked, so I couldn’t even fill up a water bottle. Overall, very disappointed!!

Cons:

I was not informed about a fire drill check at 8 o'clock in the morning. The person in charge of this told me when I came downstairs in my pajamas and robe because the fire alarms went off that the front desk should have informed me. Not happy at all.

Will NOT be returning to the hotel!

Great location!

Cons:

Lobby attendants were quite rude and wouldn't smile the entire time checking us in.

Our toilet backed up before we went to bed at 11pm. Couldn't get ahold of someone to fix the issue, so went to sleep. Tried again at 5:30am and the only solution was to change our room. We gathered our things and checked out shortly after. Had to stop at the lobby restroom because ours was still clogged.

Cons:

I was told over the phone breakfast was included. When there they said it was not included because I went through booking. Com. No offer of flexibility. Would have stayed elsewhere.

Pros:

We had trouble with the toliet flushing and our bathroom door was damaged. The main entrance parr of the ceiling was damaged. Just not worth the amount of money we were charged for the night.

Pros:

Staff,food, and cleanliness was very good, room clean only issue was furniture was not in good shape, doors on console would not stay closed, my wife tripped several times on them as they key coming open.

Could definitely use some upgrades. Missed my turn several times there were barely any outdoor lights and the main sign was covered by a tree. Room was showing its age.
