Pros:

The property and staff were fine. The outdoor gas fire pits were a plus. The location was good.

Cons:

Beyond the stated cost for a stay, ARRIVE nickels and dimes you on everything once you're there. Absolutely everything. Also, we felt that ARRIVE advertising "private parking" was misleading. They should've stated "valet parking", which cost $30 per day. When we arrived, we found valet parking was really our only option. This was just one of a number of examples of being nickled and dimed. We didn't appreciate that aspect of our stay at all.

I might not stay anywhere else in Wilmington again! It was that fantastic!
Pros:

Great location in downtown Wilmington. They're very pet-friendly and I really appreciated that. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful!

THE NIGHT CREW WAS GREAT

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF WE HAD A COFFEE MAKER IN OUR ROOM. I DID NOT MIND GOING TO THE RESTURANT BUT I NEED IT TO GET STARTED FOR THE DAY

Top Notch Staff and Experience
Pros:

I was a first-time guest at Arrive in Wilmington this week. I was absolutely charmed and delighted by the care and attention that went into the room furnishings, toiletries, and minibar! My room was clean and so comfortable. The best part of my stay was the staff. Every person I interacted with, from reception, to the valet, to the housekeeper, was friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The staff and management were amazing during our stay. My girlfriend got us a little get away trip and everyone was professional but also caring about our experience. We have been to the restaurant a few times over the last 6 months and the last time was the best. The server was amazing, The hotel manager stopped by and made sure everything was going great(he even remembered my name from the previous day). There are plenty of hotels in the area to choose from. Those are wrong. You need to stay here. Trust me it's better.

Incredible Experience All Year Long
Pros:

I’ve been during all seasons of the year and it’s always a great time. The rooms are uniquely designed and we LOVE the outdoor seating area! The fire pits during the fall/winter add such a special touch. The hotel and restaurant teams were wonderful and made us feel beyond welcomed! Can’t wait to go back and try new menu items.

If I could leave a 6 star on my review I would. Excellent stay, accommodations were great. Location was a plus. Enjoyed interacting with Justin, general manager, he was exceptional in his recommendations as of things to do and see in Wilmington. John, another employee was also friendly and very nice.

Nice, overpriced, place
Pros:

The place is super nice, cozy. The restaurant below is a plus. And we’ve loved the location, walking distance to many key spots and cool restaurants.

Cons:

We had a suite and the room and bathroom were smaller than expected. Also you listen your neighbours noises as if they were living with you.
Cleaning is not daily, you have to ask for it, and when we did, we only received fresh towels. We thought it was a regular hotel and for the price we paid we expected something else.
Valet parking is super expensive and you have to track the valet guy all over the place to get your car. There is a public parking in front of the hotel, save yourself the overexpense.
