The perfect weekend stay in Wilmington!
Pros:

The best hotel we stayed at during our 8 weeks in the USA. Staff were super friendly and helpful, beautiful exterior and interior of the hotel and room. The outside seating areas were so warm and cosy with the fire places. Walking distance to the main strip - so many amazing restaurants nearby. Will be back!

The property and staff were fine. The outdoor gas fire pits were a plus. The location was good.

Cons:

Beyond the stated cost for a stay, ARRIVE nickels and dimes you on everything once you're there. Absolutely everything. Also, we felt that ARRIVE advertising "private parking" was misleading. They should've stated "valet parking", which cost $30 per day. When we arrived, we found valet parking was really our only option. This was just one of a number of examples of being nickled and dimed. We didn't appreciate that aspect of our stay at all.

I might not stay anywhere else in Wilmington again! It was that fantastic!
Pros:

Great location in downtown Wilmington. They're very pet-friendly and I really appreciated that. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful!

Top Notch Staff and Experience
Pros:

I was a first-time guest at Arrive in Wilmington this week. I was absolutely charmed and delighted by the care and attention that went into the room furnishings, toiletries, and minibar! My room was clean and so comfortable. The best part of my stay was the staff. Every person I interacted with, from reception, to the valet, to the housekeeper, was friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The staff and management were amazing during our stay. My girlfriend got us a little get away trip and everyone was professional but also caring about our experience. We have been to the restaurant a few times over the last 6 months and the last time was the best. The server was amazing, The hotel manager stopped by and made sure everything was going great(he even remembered my name from the previous day). There are plenty of hotels in the area to choose from. Those are wrong. You need to stay here. Trust me it's better.
