I would definitely stay at this location again.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

It is very minor but some non-slip strips on the tub would be great. I almost slipped when I was in the shower. A new upgraded shower head would be great too. The water pressure isn’t so great and you can’t even adjust or twist and turn it.

Pros:

Staff was nice. Good rate of being right on the water. Will stay again

Cons:

Parking wasn’t great. I booked the tower room on booking and marked that I had a small dog. When I went to check in it wasn’t on the reservation so I had to pay an extra $90 for my 3 day stay. Also the $15 parking per a night wasn’t great. Also if you book on booking. Com you don’t get the rewards

Perfect Wilmington experience
Pros:

Fabulous location, lovely staff, room perfect, view worth $800 a night, clean, quiet, parking was nearly at the front door! Stop looking. Book this one.

Cons:

El baño de mi habitación estaba sucio, sin embargo me movieron rápidamente a otra habitación.
Se me quedó un reloj y el cargador del teléfono en la habitación al momento de dejar el hotel, cuando tome contacto para solicitarlo, no tuve respuesta jamás.
