The best and most convenient hotel for attending the Earth, Wind, and Fire concert!!

The room was great!! The view of the water was great!! The hotel was close to the concert I was attending so that was great!!

Only stayed overnight. Will probably never stay there again.

Convenience to downtown

Cons:

Old hotel with ok updates. Breakfast was terrible. Only thing worth eating was yogurt. Eggs were watery, sausage was a pale color and potato’s had no taste.

I will be back.
Pros:

Very nice room. All the staff greeted me daily with a smile. The breakfast was a nice addition before going to my meetings. Great location. I had heard there are parking problems however I did not have that issue on this trip.

Great stay in Wilmington
Pros:

The breakfast - which I believe is included for most guests - is really quite good. There is a good selection of foods, including the usual eggs of course. There is also a waffle maker, yogurts and a variety of cereals.

Cons:

This is an older property, but is well maintained and clean.

I left the hotel and booked two more nights with courtyard by Marriott which was exceptional
Pros:

I liked how the room overlooked the river

Cons:

The rates were way too high, and the rooms were less than I expected. The air conditioner didn’t work, there was no microwave oven, there was no comfortable chair except for a desk chair. Definitely not worth the money and I definitely would not stay there again.
