Würden wieder kommen
Pros:

Sehr zentral und gut Ausgestattet, Kiosk um sich zwischen zu Verpflegen, Supermarkt direkt in der nähe und man sieht die grossen Schiffe direkt vom Hotel aus

Cons:

Alles war super, ausser der Mitarbeiterin beim Check-In, diese hatte Airpods an und hat ein Telefon geführt während dem Check - In.

Ett välskött hotell med suveränt trevlig o hjälpsam personal framför allt i receptionen!
Pros:

Det fanns allt vad man kunde önska,det enda negativa var för hårdkokta(gröna)ägg som skulle va löskokta!

Barnvänligt och prisvärt hotell lite avsides
Pros:

Prisvärt boende och väl planerat för barnfamiljer då det fanns aktiviteter för barn i hotellet. I vårt rum fanns det en våningssäng som passade våra behov perfekt

Cons:

Personalen var inte serviceinriktade, ibland var de tydligt okunniga och inte intresserade av att hjälpa oss. Kanske det var många nya på jobbet men det verkade som de flesta jag pratade med ”bara jobbade” där och visste heller inte hur allt fungerade.

Vårt rum hade inte heller ett litet kylskåp som jag vet fanns i andra rum, det skulle jag gärna ha haft.
Frukosten var bra men jobbigt system med att boka tid då man ska gå och äta frukost.

Hotellet ligger avsides, det kommer man inte ifrån. Det har inte länge att komma in till centrum med buss men det är bara en linje som går via hotellet och det kan ta länge tills nästa buss kommer. Dessutom är det samma buss som tar passagerare från färjorna bredvid så har du otur är bussen smockfull då den kommer till hotellet

Good choice for 3 days in Stockholm!
Pros:

Great breakfast both in variety and quality. The room was quite large (triple room where 4 ppl - 2 adults+2 children would perfectly fit). There's a huge playground inside the hotel with plenty of space for children to run, play table tennis, with a climbing wall, and space for meals.

Cons:

The room temperature was quite cold and the AC didn't function.

Meget lille menukort i restauranten og hvor ikke alle retter var der alligevel.
Personalet var uhøfligt
