Pros:

The view from the room was amazing. The room was clean, hotel is close to underground station, has facilities for children to play. Breakfast was so nice, fresh and delicious. Also , good variety.

Cons:

I would recommend to make coffee and tea free during the day at the reception for the customers. Also, the pillows were not the best.

A surprise - a very nice hotel, excellent for families and groups.
Pros:

It is a very nice hotel. It has a huge space for different activities - table tennis, board games, as well as for relaxing, which we also used. The room was very nice and spacious. It is not in the city centre, but a bus-stop is very close by, and a supermarket. We liked our stay at the hotel.

Pros:

Wygodne łóżka, czystość i bardzo komfortowa łazienka. Pyszne i urozmaicone śniadania. Miła obsługa restauracji hotelowej i recepcji.
Blisko do autobusu i parkingu dla aut oraz supermarketu.
Super część wspólna z piłkarzykami, tenisem stołowym i innymi grami dostępna bez dodatkowych opłat.

Cons:

Brakowało mi czajnika w pokoju i zestawu do parzenia kawy/herbaty, ale w opisie oferty ich nie było, więc absolutnie nie czuję się oszukana.

Pros:

Fermata pullman sotto l'hotel. Metro 15 Min di distanza. Pulizia ok.

Cons:

Assenza di tende alle finestre...la luce arriva dall alba diretta in stanza. Riscaldamento centralizzato, avevamo un po' freddo e hanno risolto dandoci altre coperte.

Ganz ok, wenn man nicht mit einer anderen Erwartungshaltung kommen würde.
Pros:

Es hatte einen Indoor Kinderspielplatz und ein Restaurant sodass man abends mit Kind gemütlich da essen konnte.

Cons:

Dass auf Booking damit geworben wird, dass Kunden dieses Hotel buchen, weil es ein Spa hat und irgendwo ganz unten übersieht man leicht das Kleingedruckte, dass das Spa im Preis nicht inbegriffen ist. Wir haben es übersehen und erst bemerkt, als wir angekommen sind und fanden den Aufpreis dann sehr happig für die ganze Familie, sodass wir davon nicht profitiert haben, obwohl es auch bei uns einer der Gründe für den Entscheid für dieses Hotel war.

Weiter schwierig fanden wir, dass auf dem Stock des Indoor-Kinderspielplatzes das Gastronomie-Angebot jeweils geschlossen war und auch die Rooftop Bar war abends um 22 h schon zu.

Dafür, dass dieses Hotel etwas ausserhalb des Stadtkerns liegt und man im nahen Umkreis < 800 m nicht wirklich Alternativen hat, kann man somit das Angebot, was die Lage etwas relativieren würde nicht nutzen.

Also insgesamt wird einiges mehr versprochen als dann gehalten wird.

Pros:

The hotel was well equipped and staff was nice. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The room was a bit small for us but it was expected. Location was well connected to Stockholm centrum.

Cons:

The location was not that obvious to find if you are using public trasport.

The downtown, Skansen can be reached easily with one bus. The toom is small, but it was enough for a family of 4.
