Dream Inn

Polite staff, but the room needs repairs. Shower heads were rusted & floor was soft on 2nd floor in spots. Not worth the $$$ it cost to stay there.

I’ve been using this property for years when I stay in Daytona. I love that it’s close enough to the party yet far enough away from the riff raff. The pool is great and it’s right on the ocean.

Place was ok. Everyrhing kinda old & outdated but right on the beach with a balcony we watched fireworks from. And the owners were nice. Parking was awful and we ended up with an expensive parking ticket for parking right out in front of the hotel.

Roaches in room bed sheets dirty bathroom sink cloth no open parking. So expensive for so low expectations

We decided to stay at this property because it reminded us of the old mom and pop places we used to stay before all the high rises. We knew it would be older so that was expected. The slider door to the balcony needs some work and was very hard to open. The hot tub leaked so we could not use it...after we paid extra for that room. No compensation was offered. The door to the room is mostly glass with blinds built in but at night, the outside lights were so bright, it was like daylight in the room with no way to make it any darker. The lights out back were another story...there were none. The back area had a pool and sitting areas but once it started getting dark, it was really dark. The hotel had great access to the beach and some dining options across the street. It was not terrible but not sure I would stay there again.

Property was great staff was wonderdul. Hotel going through renovations. The view of the ocean is amazing and steps from beach.

The first room they booked us in stunk of smoke and the main light kept blinking like a strobe light. When we went back to discuss with management, she tried to excuse the smoke and lighting. I simply asked for a new room. She reluctantly agreed. The room was quite small with a very hard bed. It was so hard, my wife had to put the pillows under her. A bed of 2"x4" wouldn't have been much harder.

Outside the room was nice though. So, it's a good place to stay...as long as you don't have to sleep there.

They were helpful and friendly and served guest as important to them

The parking is terrible. Please be advised that if your travel from afar you can only have one vehicle!! Family can't come visit because there is no where to park! If I would have known before hand, I would have choose a different hotel!! Most of the parking is the beach parking. Which is $20 + tax only until 11! Would not advise staying here, especially if you want to explore Daytona.

To be honest, this room was OK. It was not great. The building looked like it was old and it didn’t look like it on the website. It looked totally different on the website and I was very disappointed when I got into the room. The Jacuzzi did not work. They didn’t have really enough, clean towels And it was a lot of people outside smoking and drinking. It was just like really weird how this place of a hotel was unprofessional, and I would never recommend anybody to get this hotel with them or book anything with them because the pictures that they had online was totally different for what we had reserve which was not good so I would not recommend anybody to rent this hotel in the future

Such a cute hotel with nice rooms, love that we can sit outside our room. Bed was really comfy, fresh paint and very clean. Directly on the beach. Pool needs to be cleaned more often. At least once a day. The lights that light up at night over our doors is waaaaay to bright. I was in room 130 & i like sleeping in dark rooms. The light of outside made the room too bright. Also wasnt able to sit outside after 9pm because the light is sooo blinding. Its not cozy , that light shouldnt be right under the sitting areas. But everything else was awesome. We will for sure come back. Thank you

Bed begs and roaches! We could not stay! Dream Inn is a nightmare! Refund my credit card! What an awful experience!

Just an older hotel, that needs some TLC

The parking is ridiculous. The guess have to park behind each other and gey disturbed if others have to move their car. I got disturbed at 7am to move my car for another guess. The suite i stayed in had a roach in one of the bed. The nice lady who checked me in sayed they just sprayed. This was the reason i had an active roach in the room.
The owner was extremely rude and hostile. I asked another guess if their room had roaches. Kelsey, the other guess said yes. Roaches in a hotel is a person worse nightmare. In 58 years of life, i have Never stayed in a hotel with roaches.

They didnt do any room service and you had to call and wait for someone to be in the office to exchange towels. Alot of the linens were stained also

it’s a good location and the staff is phenomenal, unfortunately, that level of service is not reflected in the facilities. The sheets had visible stains, despite being clean, and there was no bathroom sink or mirror. The only sink is in the kitchenette, which has a bar table height counter and a tiny mirror. Good luck doing makeup/hair or accessing from a wheelchair.
