I liked that my room was right by the elevator. I liked that it wasn't super busy/crowded. My room was clean.
The elevator smelled like something was burning. The shower head was way to0 high for me to reach to adjust it (I'm 5'3"), and I would have appreciated a handheld shower option).
Robert was amazing and made us feel like VIPS. We had to pivot after our booking at another unkept hotel with zero customer service left us without a place to stay. We are so grateful for a clean place and how welcoming Robert is!
Robert literally saved the day! We had originally booked a hotel in Kremmling that we had a horrible experience at and Robert took us in like we were family when we arrived. From the delightful conversation on the phone, to the seamless booking experience and Checkin process, this was a great welcoming. We are forever grateful for the service and room we received from Robert and could not be more impressed with this hotel. It’s cozy and clean and to our surprise there was a restaurant and bar with live music. This was exactly what we needed after a long drive from Denver. Thank you!
Great experience for calling to check out as our place in Kremmling was sketch and couldn’t check in or contact anyone. Quick decision to pivot to Steamboat. Robert was great. So attentive and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed and at home.

The shitty service ended up paying $1,300 for two rooms when initially should’ve been $1000 two nights two rooms.
Convenient location to hospital. I had testing done. Restaurant food was excellent!
A bit pricey. Disappointing to have to pay additional $15 to park there.

I had paid for breakfast for 2 for each day and was disappointed in food and service. It was about 9am and had to search for someone to seat us, no one was around, very dark inside the restaurant. When seated the silverware was dirty as was the water glasses. Needless to say my other days of paid breakfast were not used.
