Great experience!
Pros:

This is an older Holiday Inn that still has some really interesting aspects. I want a single out the front desk guy, Robert. He was awesome FUNNY warm and and a huge positive. Any hotel would be lucky to have him. Harrison’s the restaurant at the hotel was also cool!

Everything plus a little
Pros:

Robert at the front desk offered great service. Harrison's was delicious for dinner. Although they were out of the mussels app, the chef made a special off-the-menu shrimp app for me that was amazing. Overall an excellent stay!

Check In GREAT!!! Check out NOT near as good!
Pros:

Robert was exceptional, he brought a box to my room that I couldn’t carry in one trip without me asking him and was very considerate, telling me whatever I need to let him know. Honestly never met such a nice person in general not even just at hotels.

Perfect
Pros:

This was the perfect place to begin our hot springs hopping adventure through Colorado. Location is peaceful but convenient, room was super clean and comfortable, parking is easy and close to your rooms and staff treats you like family ! Could not have been nicer. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

My favorite in Steamboat
Pros:

Comfortable and quiet hotel in a great location. Always good hot coffee available for free in the lobby, which I appreciate. The ice machines always work. There is a restaurant available if you need it. The staff are always very nice and there is a super cute dog sometimes during the day. I travel to Steamboat about every 5 weeks or so for work, and this is my go-to spot.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and clean. I liked that I could open the window to get fresh air while sleeping.

Cons:

WIFI was very poor in the room. No lights switches by bed to control lights. Shower door kept slinding open during shower. Sink was partially clogged and the water drained slowly.

Holiday Inn Express in Steamboat Springs
Pros:

As always, everything was perfect!
Chris took care of us at the front desk and Maddie and Anton took good care of us in the restaurant and bar.
All of the staff are great and the rooms are very clean and comfortable!
We'll be back up there again soon!

Pros:

This hotel is neat and VERY CLEAN!! The staff were friendly and very professional. The Holiday Inn is convenient and close to downtown. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Steanboat. Wonderful experience!!

Great stay!
Pros:

We loved our stay here! Clean rooms and comfy beds. The location is a quick drive into town with amazing views the whole way. Robert was fantastic and really went the extra mile helping us out on our trip! Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Great weekend at the Holiday Inn!
Pros:

Had a great experience this past weekend! The location is great, and the room and bedding were comfortable. We had one issue, and Piero at Reception stepped up with amazing customer service and made it all better. The food is fantastic as well - we ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, and Maddie was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. We’ll be back!

Great for a ski trip
Pros:

The whole stay was really pleasant. The room was nice with a good bed. We ate breakfast at Harrison’s downstairs every morning which was great. The shuttle to the slopes was convenient, and it’s already really close to the mountain. Will definitely be back for another ski trip.

Comfortable Rooms and 5-Star Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The entire team was welcoming, but a special shout-out goes to Robert and Brian. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my visit. It’s rare to find such attentive service.

Relax and ski.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, well run and within 2 miles of the entrance to the ski area. They have a shuttle that takes you to and from the ski area. They have a hot tub and pool, perfect for rejuvenation after skiing. All employees were friendly and helpful and a Shout out to Robert on the front desk for his attentiveness.
