Right hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel with friendly staff. Have stayed before and will stay again. Shuttle to ski area invaluable. On the main bus route so downtown easily accessible.

Super efficient skiing/riding with the best service
Pros:

The 2 jacuzzis were great and all the amenities inducing the in-house restaurant (omelette or breakfast sandwich for breakfast before riding ftw!), ski and snowboard storage and a shuttle directly to the resort until 5pm! You don’t need a car because of this which saves money. There’s also the city bus stop very close. Highly recommended and I’ll keep coming back. The staff are all super friendly. There’s even free coffee in the morning. So many hacks especially the bus system which connects you to downtown, shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc

Great place for a ski vacation
Pros:

Robert was very welcoming and helpful behind the desk at check in and at anytime we needed anything during our visit. Garrett was the perfect van driver he waited when I forgot my helmet and had to run back to the room. The breakfast food was delicious as well. A great stay overall. Highly recommended.

Nice, clean, and relaxing
Pros:

The location was great, very easy to get to, just right off the main highway, one of the first hotels you’ll see as you’re entering the town. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, right in the middle and very satisfactory. The room was nice, clean, modern, and spacious; I have stayed in that same type of room before and will again. The value was very good, especially on a Sunday; however, when I stayed there before on a Saturday during the summer, it was over $100 more for the night, which was not very good value. I guess that is to be expected tho. The noise level was acceptable; nothing from the neighbors, but the snow plow was noticeable from outside. The service was also very nice, but I’m a pretty easygoing traveler, don’t demand very much aside from what’s already provided.

Pros:

Excellent customer service. Chris made us feel at home- he was friendly, helpful, and took great care of our family.

Clean, beautiful pool and hot tub.

Super comfortable lobby with tables and couches for snuggling up near the fireplace.

Breakfast sandwiches in the restaurant were a little pricey but delicious!

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was the bartender in the resturant next door. We did not.know what we did wrong because he was rude and ignored us for a very long time and then gave us crappie service. It was quite disappointing 😞. Overall everything else was spectacular! Front desk staff was excellent 👌

Wouldn't stay there again.
Cons:

Our room had no heat, and the front desk was not helpful. When we checked out, we did get a $10 refund for no heat. In the restaurant, the host was also the server for both dinner and breakfast, so service was slow. The food was tasty, once served. For breakfast, it took 2 requests to get jelly. We requested a second cup of coffee but never got. Understaffed!

The property could use an update here and there. More than likely would not stay here again.
Pros:

Our room was on the second floor and we appreciated having an elevator and a room fairly close to the elevator, The staff was very helpful in giving us suggestions for places to eat. They were very responsive to our request for additional coffee cups and pods.

Cons:

The room was very small, with no place to put suitcases. The bathroom was very small. The Keurig coffee maker was difficult to use. The $10 per night parking fee was not explained when we made our online reservation.

Cons:

Room next to us burned popcorn in the microwave and it set off the smoke alarms several times which was annoying and made our room smell like burnt popcorn the rest of the night. This was not the hotels fault that's why I still gave a good rating.

It was okay.
Pros:

There was no continental breakfast as expected.\n And the location was fine.

Cons:

They could have had a con little breakfast for one thing and I didn't think I would have to pay for parking in thereblock. Their shower wasn't as clean as I would have liked to have seen it around the base.
