Located next door to a bus stop, so it was convenient. The hotel also provided a reliable shuttle to the ski area. Rooms were clean and we could get fresh towels whenever we needed them. There was a nice outdoor hot tub as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. Friendly and responsive staff.

Location is right by the ski mountai , with frequent free shuttles offering pick up & drop off! Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and made us feel very much at home. Great spot to stay in Steamboat!
Stayed a night before flying out, Robert and Chris were both amazing and hooked me up with toothpaste since I forgot to pack it!! Thanks guys!!
Everything was perfect expect when it came down to breakfast we got up early to be the first ones and be able to get a table which we were able too but then some lady that worked there moved us because there wasn’t gonna be room for other people??? Made me feel weird like if it was meant like in a racist way since they only asked us to move and not other people…
The bed was very comfortable! The room was very quiet, just the way I like it! The staff was very professional and friendly. Keenan, Garrett, Robert, Piero and Chris were the best!

This hotel is a bit dated but with lots of soul past the new and improved version of holiday inn on the same road. Make sure you book right one. Reception staff is very friendly and effective. The hotel has its own bar/restaurant. It’s ok for evening drinks and bar fare but not dinner. Breakfast is ok but depends on staffing. Shuttle to base sure a big feature.

The staff at this hotel was outstanding, especially the manager Chris, Robert, Romeo, The shuttle drivers were great too. Garrett and Piero went out of their way to pick us up as soon as possible and take us to the mountain and were able to answer our many questions. The cleaning staff was efficient and friendly too.
They all took care of all our needs. We were a ski club and had many issues but they took care of us in every way and went above and beyond!
Hotel staff was very helpful and we loved having a dog to greet us every day (better than a chocolate chip cookie). The rooms were clean and comfortable. Garrett and Piero were very accommodating shuttle drivers.
The Internet and cellular reception was terrible in our room. The restaurant service at breakfast was so slow that we never went back.
Convenient location. Free shuttle to ski base area at Steamboat Springs. Courteous and Friendly. PIERO was an excellent shuttle driver, helped us load and unload our skis and was prompt in response to requests for shuttle.
Robert at the front desk was extremely helpful and personable and the made the whole experience better. As well as the rest of the staff!
Went on a ski club trip and initially wasn't thrilled to be staying so far from the mountain but wow, this place really nailed it. Hotel staff were the friendliest I've ever encountered and the shuttle driver Piero went above and beyond, so helpful! The city bus after hours was conveniently located too.
It was pricey but it snowed that weekend so it was expected. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and looked modern, the bed was very comfortable. They have outdoor and indoor pools!
