Excelente las instalaciones, habitación cómoda y la atención muy buena

Me facturaron un día de mas, hace un mes que estuve hospedada y hasta el día de hoy después de múltiples reclamos y comunicaciones no me han devuelto el dinero.

Cons:

La puerta del baño no cerraba, y no hablo de la cerradura , la puerta de madera estaba hinchada. Fui dos noches , no ameritaba entrar en un reclamo , deberían ellos no ofrecer la habitación

Estuvimos 4 noches. Todo fue excelente. Es una muy buena opción para nuestra próxima estadía.
Pros:

El desayuno es magnífico, con una amplia variedad de cosas ricas. La localización del hotel es muy buena ya que está cerca de todos lados. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y luminosas. Pasamos a ver el gimnasio y la pileta y se veían muy bien; pero como teníamos otras actividades, no pudimos darle uso. Todo muy lindo. Un lugar muy recomendable.

Cons:

No me gustó el hecho de que no tuviese estacionamiento propio o terciarizado, sino que hay que dejar el auto en algún estacionamiento cercano. De todas formas, el estacionamiento que nos recomendó el concerje del hotel, tenía disponibilidad y estaba localizado a 200m. Así que no tuvimos problemas.
Por otro lado, el buffet está solo abierto durante el horario del desayuno (no hay posibilidad de almorzar y/o cenar allí).

Cons:

El agua tenía olor feo, y por la mañana tuvimos un olor asqueroso que venía de las cloacas o nose...salía de los orificios de desahue el baño que inundó toda la habitación. y la misma no tiene ventilación

Cons:

Considero que al ser un hotel moderno debería tener televisores más actualizados para poder ver plataformas. Mantenimiento de los ascensores, ya que en algunas ocasiones se traba y genera un poco de desconfianza. La terraza debería estar un poco más protegida con vallas más altas ya que he leído que a muchos usuarios les genera inseguridad.
