Excellent hotel which makes you feel very at home and well looked after.
Pros:

The historic cliff top location in central Hermanus overlooking Walker Bay is unbeatable and very convenient with the hotel having its own car park. The hotel staff are all very friendly and eager to please. The breakfasts spreads are very good and likewise dinners in the restaurant are very tasty. It is a well run establishment with good facilities. Also the hotel is ideally located for walking along the coastal path to work up an appetite or try to keep trim!

Cons:

The fish on the menu was incorrectly described as Walker Bay Catch of the Day when often it came from a different location.

A luxurious, comfortable stay in a beautiful location
Pros:

The location is unbeatable, the staff are attentive and amazing. We were ungraded to luxury sea-facing rooms, which was wonderful. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious. The food was great and plentiful.

Pros:

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. All staff were so welcoming and helpful.
If you have time, walk the coastal path to Grotto Bay, stunning, with The Duchies restaurant there a welcome place to dine
Please visit Cafe 1904, one of the best meals we had during our 20 day visit to SA!

It was definately memorable, location was perfect. A pity it was raining the whole weekend

Einfach alles! Die Lage, die Ausstattung, das Restaurant. Und überall eine absolute Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Es gab beim Check out erhebliche Schwierigkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter wussten nicht, dass wir bereits via booking.com bezahlt hatten.
