Aqua Aloha Surf Waikiki

Convenient location to shops & beaches, the staff had so much aloha

Our room's floor was dirty. We wore socks and they got filthy. My husband used wet towels to mop the floor. The bottoms of the drawers in the bathroom were covered in hair. There was hair on the floor. There were tiny little sugar ants in the bed and on the floor. We were bit by insects while sleeping. Smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke was prevalent and came through from the hallway and across the lanai. The room was outdated, not the best! But did come with balcony and bed was comfy but small. Kitchen area is a plus. Showers outdated poor water pressure and temp. Loved the loaner chairs for beach. Had to ask for housekeeping they didn’t come on their own! Great location walk to everything. Parking is tight! After hours parking was terrible but we had a spot and didn’t do any street parking, but $37 a night! Overall good experience but need rooms to be updated and cleaned better! Walls are marked and scuffed and had an early 90s vibe!

Great area to walk around Waikīkī. Tons of shopping and dining nearby. Room was clean and comfortable with a great balcony.

The hotel was the perfect location. You are able to walk everywhere. The main Waikiki beach is only a few blocks away. We rented a car and we were able to rent a parking spot that was under the hotel.
I really liked this hotel and how convenient it is to everything. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Location good. Outdated decor. Needs updating (like bathroom grout and carpet).

What I like about this hotel is close to everything. Waikiki beach, international market, and shopping stores.

The building is old and tired. Wallpaper is coming down in the halls and room. But the bathroom was clean and the shower was good

This hotel was perfect two blocks from waikiki beach and very close to all the abc stores and other shops. The nain streets were right there Khuio St and Kalakaua Ave with all the restaurants were there Victoria Secret H.M starbucks McDonald's everything you need. The hotel staff were amazing from check in to deparrture... the room was a bit run down meaning the wall paper could be fixed and the drapes need cleaned on the outer side. But the bed omg the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in i miss it ... they have a pool which is clean, laundry seevice and free movie dvd rentals. So its a perfect hotel great location and great staff we will definitely recommend this place to everybody and i will stay here again for sure.

The location to a lot of things in downtown Honolulu. And the cheap price.

The bed was overly soft like the whole thing was a cotton ball, and not a mattress pad.
