Pros:

Upgrade without having to ask

Cons:

Fight in middle of night by the “people “ you are made to take , chicken bones and fries in the hall, spit in the elevators
If people want to live like pigs in their own home that’s on them , but when they continue that behaviour at a hotel or other residence they should be removed to live in a garage or barn IMO

Staff was nice. Room was spacious.

Cons:

For the rate, the room and general hotel public spaces lacked in overall cleanliness. A/c wasn't working well. Bed was way too soft. Too much $$ for this standard of quality.

Outdated. Musty smell. Lumpy beds. Sticky floors. Bathroom door didn’t close first night. Air conditioner very loud. Muggy in room.

Pros:

Bathroom layout is nice. Most hotel bathrooms are ridiculously small.

Cons:

Zero sitting area in lobby. Just wide open floor space where most hotels have some sort of couches and waiting areas. Prepare to stand while waiting for the airport shuttle.

Good but average stay.
Pros:

The room was clean with a comforatble kingsize bed. The floor I was on was quiet and there were lots of security people around.

Cons:

There was only a desk chair in the room, no comfortable arm chair to sit in.

Kids were up till 2:30 am had to call front to have someone come and talk to the kids. I came down to the city for work and I was very very tired with little sleep
