We received great service. Food is excellent.
Pros:

It is convenient to get to the airport. However you did advertise free shuttle to the airport. The driver told us we should have received a voucher from front counter staff. We did not. We had to pay the driver! Have terms changed you should change your online advertisement.

Cons:

No complaints otherwise!

Really unhappy. Got 0 sleep. Felt unsafe in my own locked hotel room.
Pros:

Location was convenient to the airport.

Cons:

It was extremely busy. Full of evacuees who had zero sense of personal space. Someone attempted to break into my room. They were loud and obnoxious the entire night. Trashing common areas.

This Hotel is Not fit for non smoker families 😑
Pros:

The Location is Great! very close to the airport.

Cons:

Smell of smoke/cigarettes everywhere, in the hallways and elevators.

Pros:

I liked the location. The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Disruptive and threatening behaviour from some of the clients at the time of my visit. They required security outside some of their rooms. Police were called in at one point. Some were doing heroin outside the facility

The staff was nice.

Cons:

The hallway smelled very strong of fragrance, the fridge freezer door was broken off and therefore the fridge froze all of our food, the chair was very dirty, there was no table where there should’ve been, plug for bathtub was broken, tub tap was very stiff, lamp in the corner was event and broken, the lamp by the bed is falling apart, room wasn’t very clean in bathroom and carpet felt gritty.

Close to airport. Staff friendly but overworked. Hard to get a hold of the front desk. Had to walk down to speak to someone because the staff were so busy.

Cons:

Swimming pool was dirty. Room was okay. No breakfast included. Overall very expensive for the quality.

Overall good stay and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is good. Bathroom is a nice size, beds are comfortable and the restaurant on site was good with reasonable prices.

Cons:

There is a very strong scent of cleaning solution or air freshener. If anyone had allergies to scents, this would not be the place to stay.
