Pros:

Great location and lovely bar and lounge areas. Super breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Room was a bit dated and unfortunately the pool was closed when we were there.

Mycket trevligt hotell med trevlig personal men hotellrummet kändes lite slitet.
Pros:

Frukosten var jättebra men det är det vanliga logistikproblemet med mat. dryck och porslin utplacerat på flera ställen i fukostutrymmet. Det bir ett korsande spring av folk överallt hela tiden.
Personalen var väldigt trevlig.

Cons:

Rummet var vackert beläget och bekvämt.
Det kändes emellertid lite slitet och städningen verkade vara lite så där.
Ganska stora och synliga fläckar på väggarna och skador i väggarna som ser ut att vara tillfälligt spacklade.
Jag hoppas verkligen inte att det var svartmögel längst ner på skjutdörren i duschkabinen men det såg inte fräscht ut.

Do not stay here if you want to pay with a non Danish credit card.
Pros:

Nice grounds. There are kitchen facilities.

Cons:

Property is very much hostel style. I cannot recommend it to foreign guests until and unless they sort out their payment system. They have chosen payment at the hotel. However their bank cannot process foreign credit cards and their “solution” is to accuse their guests of overdrawing their credit limits even if you prove that that this is not the case. They are not willing even to call the bank or reboot the system, which, at least in my experience, often solves any problem.

Trevlig genuin miljö i gamla Visby. God frukost.

Cons:

Det luktade avlopp i rummet pga vattenlåset i badrummet. Väldigt slitet golv. Inte så kul att duscha i ett badkar . God frukost men dyr!

Good central hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but I was missing the extra touches I've had in other Clarion hotels such as home made musli.
The staff were great, really welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing huge - just small things that added up to the overall feel. The bathroom wasn't so clean - nothing scary - just limescale and a bit dirty in the corners. Thin towels. The bed was really hard, the pillows lumpy, and the bottom sheet was a bit too short so the mattress was showing. The TV wasn't connected to the internet and didn't have casting enabled (I know - small detail but I was away for a few days so it's lovely to be able to stream the radio)

Séjour très agréable dans une merveilleuse petite ville hanséatique
Pros:

Hôtel sympathique et confortable, très bien situé, en plein centre de la vieille ville. Chambre cosy, bien équipée, bon et varié petit déjeuner servi dans des salles historiques très agréables.

Cons:

Pas toujours facile de trouver réponse à ses demandes (changement d'une ampoule, changement des serviettes), peut-être aussi que la grande affluence de touristes l'explique. Reste quand même une petite frustration.
