Wonderful hotel

Die Lage ist gut. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Es gab in Dusche ein Geruch und stinkte es nach Abwasser . Wir mussten immer das Fenster aufmachen.

Sehr angenehme Hotelmitarbeiter beim Empfang. Probleme werden schnell gelöst. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet etc…

I highly recommend this hotel! It was perfect!🤩
Pros:

It was basically perfect honestly, the facilities were great. For a family of 3 we were provided such a spacious room with a sofa and lovely view. The location was great being surrounded by so many pleasant streets, shopping places and restaurants. The staff were very nice and were always trying to be as helpful as possible. And of course, I can’t forget about the breakfast which provided traditional food, regular buffet food and offered a very cheap price for its delicious food. Along with all this, the hotel had so many other restaurants in it including fine dining.

Cons:

There wasn’t much not to like, but if I were to be very picky, the only issue my family came across was the tap which sometimes didn’t work properly.

Bad bell service they book high price taxi to earn more commission

Cons:

Some bell boys were friendly but some were bad. Private taxi from hotel to airport terminal 2 asked RMB 313 but vi booked for RBM 176

Pros:

Плюсы - завтрак отличный, номера тоже, есть всё что нужно, всё в хорошем состоянии, кровати удобные. Туалет пушка.
До метро пешком минут 10, но такси выходит не сильно дороже.

Cons:

При бронировании через Букинг обязательно уточняйте на сколько человек включён завтрак. При бронировании на семью по приезду мне сообщили что завтрак включён только на одного. Благодаря оперативной поддержке сайта Booking и администрации отеля вопрос решили, но лучше бы конечно без подобных сюрпризов.

Nice hotel, good facilities but....
Pros:

Staff were friendly even though English was a problem. The rooms were clean and decent. Location was not bad.

Cons:

Facilities were good except - 1) AC was very poor. The room temperature never came down below 27 degrees! Opening the window did nothing and anyway, we had paid for an AC room and did not get that. 2) Restaurant facilities were very poor. The hotel lacked a decent cafe type restaurant available for lunch or dinner...casual dining. Only formal restaurants were available. Staff spoke limited English which made check in and out very difficult. For a hotel that claims to be international this was very poor.

Pros:

Новый ремонт в номере , убирали каждый день ,все чисто . хорошее расположение , рядом метро .

Cons:

Я брала 2 номера на 2 взрослых и 3 детей , с завтраками , когда мы заселись у нас оказалось 2 двуспальных кровать , т.е. на одной кровати должны спать 3 человека . На мое возмущение мне предложили просто доплатить еще и переехать номер с 3-мя кроватями . Когда дело дошло до завтраков , оказалось что у нас 1 завтрак на номер ,т.е по факту могут завтракать только двое из 5 . И никак доказать обратное мне не удалось , единственное чего я смогла добиться , это бесплатный завтрак для младшего сына , тк он по росту проходил под бесплатный завтрак . Написала в службу поддержки букинга , они тоже никак не решили это .

Чудесный отель, но неприятный осадок по поводу непредоставления завтрака.
Pros:

Очень уютная комната со всеми принадлежностями и вниманием к деталям.

Cons:

Был забронирован номер на 2 взрослых и 1 ребенка 12 лет, завтрак входил в стоимость номера. Но нам отказали в предоставлении завтрака для всех и дали только на одного человека. За остальных попросили оплату.
