The location was convenient. However, the facility was subpar.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The bathroom was gross. There were cigarette burns on the counters, hair in the tub, the floor was dirty, shower curtain was dingy. The property was surrounded by drug users outside in the parking lot.

Don’t recommend this to anyone
Pros:

The clerk was nice

Cons:

Everything was bad. There were people hanging bout side and it looked like they were dealing. The bathroom was horrible. The tv didn’t have a good selection and o couldn’t login to an of my app because the tv was old. One of the beds had a blood stain on it. When I walked in the room there was a rag or the bed.

Stinky Trash
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hall was dirty and debris covered. There a large very ripe trash bin in the hall close to the reception area and down the hall from my room. I was there for 2 days, it was there for the duration. Fortunately, my room was clean and the front office staff was friendly.

Cons:

Que al llegar al hotel me quitaron la habitación que ya me habían cobrado desde que hice la reservacion. No me quedé en el hotel. Busqué otro hotel de último minuto.

Poor quality hotel
Pros:

The front desk employee was polite and we had to change rooms because there was an issue with both of the rooms I had booked and he switched our rooms with no problem

Cons:

Mold in the shower, holes in the bathroom door, the air conditioner had a strong odor of urine and there was no remote control to the TV and this is the room we were switched to because we couldn't get in the first room because the door latch was on. In the second room I had booked the toilet didn't work so my daughter and grandkids had to move to another room and that room had no working air conditioner it came out hot so they had no air. People hanging out behind the gas station by the hotel parking lot and they were asking for money. People hanging out in front of the building like it was a front porch. The steps had pills on it that were dropped and left there. The hotel was like a low budget place for drugs and prostitution. It was not very clean either. I would never stay there again nor will I refer someone to stay there.

Horrible miserable I felt unsafe a lot of things going on right outside the door in that area

The attendant was very angry or upset or he just didn’t wanna be at work. He was very blunt. He didn’t wanna assist me in anything. I told him I had lupus and I wanted a Downstairs room. He just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders, like OK. The room was very smelly nasty smell the halls smell like urine. I had a dirty towel in my room which like a footprint was on it and I do have a copy of that. It was Hair inside of the bathtub I called up there, but he answered the phone so it was no ise to leaving a message because of course he wasn’t going to get to where they need to get to so I hung up. It was the worst experience ever and my first night in Columbus Ohio ever . As a nurse I almost went back home .several times I came to the front desk to ask questions and he never came to the front desk at all I didn’t have a ice bag in my room at all

Cons:

I didn’t like the attendant is attitude. He didn’t want to help or assist me with anything or my questions. He was very blunt with his answers and just looked at me with a just a starry Eye just looked at me. The smell in the hallway is the smell in the room. It was just a crazy, nasty smell, and then the dirty towel in the room was in the bathroom and the hair inside of the bathtub. Also several times I came downstairs rung the bell he didn’t even come to the front desk at all

Bad experience overall

Nothing Really 👎🏾

Cons:

Front Desk worker was Rude, and Very unprofessional. Couldn’t find housekeeping to get extra towels and toilet paper. They lied and said we took orange coverings off the bed? However there were no orange coverings on the bed upon our arrival, but that front desk person wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. I am NOT A THIEF, I work everyday and if I need bed covers I can buy them myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS LOCATION .

Adequate and well priced.
Pros:

Price and availability were good, staff were friendly, and lights/electronics/etc seemed to work as intended. AC worked great.

Cons:

Bed sheets had some light stains, room had marks on the floor and walls, a lamp wasn't plugged in, tv slightly crooked, very minor stuff, bed wasn't all that comfy, convenience item selection could have been better, but wasn't bad. Location seemed a tad sketch, but my truck wasn't messed with, despite having things exposed/out in the open in the back/bed. Front desk had a large sign about not being liable for theft though, so sounds like that may be an issue here.

Nothing the neighbor and location make you feel very unsafe

It’s in the middle of what some would call the projects and there and a lot of drug users that frequent there
