Stosunek ceny adekwatny do jakości. Lokalizacja super, sam hotel tylko do spania.
Pros:

Największym autem lokalizacja, blisko Ocean Drive, liczne sklepy i kawiarnie, blisko przystanek autobusowy. Obsługa dostępna w konkretnych godzinach, później kontakt mailowy, ale na szczęście szybko odpisują. Brak depozytu na plus.

Cons:

Względnie czysto, pokoje na pewno do odświeżenia, ciekło z sufitu, kiedy ktoś brał prysznic, ale wymieniono nam pokój.

Disappointing and frustrating.

Location was good and the room was mostly quiet.

Cons:

The staff and booking process were terrible. We got confusing emails and text messages with conflicting information and were then made to feel stupid for questioning what the check in process was on the day of arrival. Their support staff are rude and condescending, and the on-site reception staff literally didn’t make eye contact with us once for our ENTIRE STAY, never mind say anything to us. We also found out through booking.com that the property’s guest details were compromised and we may have been the victims of fraud. Although the rooms look lovely in the pictures, they are in desperate need of renovation with mould in the bathrooms, extremely noisy air conditioning with a non-functioning remote and uneven floor surfaces. Would highly recommend staying elsewhere.

Location was great. Nice big room.

Cons:

Unfortunately decorating a bit untidy, few curly hairs in the bathroom. Bed a bit cheap. Lady running the hotel very pushy with selling tours.

Skvělá lokalita, prostorná a hezká společná kuchyn, Všude čisto. Pokoje malé útulné.

Cons:

V kuchyni chybí dřez nutné chodit do prádelny 20 m. Opotřebene vybavení. Ale vše funguje. Pokoje malé útulné, hodně slyset z chodby a ostatních pokojů.

Great location but place needs more care

Great location and walking distance beach, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Room was not in good condition. Towel hangers were loose, shower curtains were moldy. Usb outlets were not working on night stands. Some wall outlets were broken. We asked for maintenance and they came 3rd day to fix it. There is no heating in the rooms, it was our luck that temperatures were extremely low. They dont have portable heaters. We asked for blankets but front desk doesn’t know the difference between bed sheets and blankets for the requests. Lobby area was well maintained but hallways and rooms need more care.

Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Disappointing Housekeeping

The best part of the stay was definitely the location at 920 Collins Ave, which was excellent and very convenient. The friendliness of the staff also made a great impression and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

During our entire stay, not a single housekeeping service was provided. We literally ended up with a pile of dirty dishes in the room. Even after we specifically requested cleaning at the front desk, no service was done. This was very disappointing and negatively affected our experience.
