Nothing there to like.
Location was close to the Midway Airport.
The cleanliness was terrible. Very dirty, and I repeat, VERY dirty.
People were smoking weed right at the front entrance and staring at you as you walked in.
The bathroom was filthy, and the handwashing sink was moldy and dirty. The water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult to take a proper shower.
The ventilation system in the room was old and outdated.
The lighting was terrible, and everywhere felt dark and gloomy.
Unfortunately, I had no other choice because almost every hotel in Chicago was fully booked due to an event. Otherwise, I would have left this place the second I walked in.
We were in a corner room that didn't have much space, there was a smell in the room, I was thinking could be the carpet but it was a pretty decent 4 night stay.
It’s not a lot of busy traffic. I can walk in safety and it’s close to food, stores, and other places need to stay in a hotel. The staff is pleasant and does a great job at accommodations.
All was well! If you understand reconstruction and even with that all areas are clear and safe.
The room was very spacious, I even had enough space to do a workout on my mat. The hotel also had free parking, a delicious breakfast, and hot water for tea available at all times. I really liked the beautiful paintings in the room and the stylish interior in the lobby. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shopping plazas nearby.
I liked that there was no hassle and the staff were pleasant
