Clean very nice staff

I liked that they had free breakfast and good amenities. It wasn’t too far from our destination.
There was stains on the sofa in our room and saucy finger stains on the light switch in the bathroom. We also weren’t allowed to check out at 12 instead of 11 but instead 11:30 which is understandable because check out is 11 but this was the first I’ve heard of this.
The room was spacious and updated. Bathroom was large and clean. Very happy with the room

The rooms dirty with cobwebs and spiders, the floor is so dirty the the kids left dirty feet prints on the sheet that they use as a bed cover.
The view I paid extra for is a parking lot with no beach front , no beach I paid for.. the pictures they show on the sight is not of this hotel…they also have no microwave in the room.. also the beds are very hard and the pillow are old and half pillows..

The floor were we stayed was being remodeled , our room was next to the elevator and we could hear people in and out of the elevator at all times.

The property was in disrepair and under construction with construction staff making noise through my stay even when complaints were made to the front desk.

They were in the process of remodeling so it wasn’t totally out together, but it wasn’t a disruption at all.
