Cleanest hotel ever
Pros:

Quite possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, and I travel a lot! That room was SPOTLESS.

Cons:

Breakfast didn't start until 7 and for those of us driving into the city for morning meetings, that was too late to stay and partake. Most people were leaving before it was time for it to be out, which was unfortunate because it smelled amazing.

Just ok.
Pros:

We enjoyed the breakfast. The facilities and room were good. The hotel was clean.

Cons:

Staff was only so so. We had to deal with an alarm going off for hours in the night and nothing was offered as far as compensation for this problem.

Great place to stay while visiting Chicago.
Pros:

Absolute CRAP
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

We stayed there for 4 night, we went WITHOUT power for 2 nights. Had ZERO breakfast for two mornings. The bedroom was dirty when we entered it but wasn’t a huge deal. Will not stay at a best western ever again and especially not this one.

I really don’t know much about the property. When I walked in, after driving for over 18 hours to Chicago it was late. I was very tired and the ceiling tiles were down. Looks like a major leak. Also, the refrigerator in the room didn’t work , they had to replace the next day. Then the power went out. The storm knocked out the power out because of my medical condition I couldn’t hardly breathe. Management was not willing to come back to the hotel to accommodate all the customers that was over 85 of us crammed in the lobby it was a nightmare.

It was okay . Bed wasn’t that comfortable woke up back hurting. Air conditioner wasn’t working well
