My Stay at Hotel Saint Petersburg.
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Saint Petersburg and had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. The bed was soft, and I slept well. The staff was friendly and helped me with anything I needed. The location is great because it’s close to many places, so it was easy to walk around and explore the city. Wonderful Experience at Hotel St Petersburg.
Pros:

I had a very nice stay at Hotel St Petersburg. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and feels safe. My room was bright and cozy, with a soft bed and everything I needed. The bathroom was also clean, which is very important to me. The staff were friendly and always polite. They helped me with my questions and made me feel welcome. The location of the hotel is great too - it’s easy to walk to many places. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and I enjoyed having coffee with a nice view. Overall, I felt relaxed and happy during my stay. I would definitely stay at Hotel St Petersburg again.

Nice Stay at Hotel St Petersburg.
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel St Petersburg and really liked it. The hotel is in a great place, close to the river and many interesting spots. It’s easy to walk around, and the view from the window was beautiful. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was fine, and everything worked well. Towels and sheets were fresh, and the bathroom was also clean. Breakfast was good, with lots of food to choose from. Sometimes it was a bit crowded in the morning, but in general it was okay. The people at the front desk were friendly and helped me with all my questions. One small thing the windows in my room didn’t open, so the air felt a bit heavy. But the air conditioner helped. In general, I was happy with this hotel. It’s a good place to stay if you want comfort and a nice location in the city.

Il est dommage, alors que j'avais demandé une chambre avec vue et que l'hôtel n'était pas plein, nous soyons qu'au deuxième étage.
Impossible d'accéder au restaurant toit terrasse si vous n'êtes pas vêtu d'une veste.
Buffet de petit déjeuner moyen avec quelques "surprises" (pas de jus d'orange, ni bacon, croissants secs, poisson séché...).

Romantic New Year
Pros:

Fast check-in process even it was new years eve. Only a couple of elevators caused a little waiting time but nothing serious. The the yard view was not so nice. So next time we know to reserve a little more expensive room with a river view. In the room there wasn't a real kingsize bed but the matresses, pillow and lining was a great quality. Providing a great sleep. The breakfast was really great. And all variants was availeble even it was crowed

Good service at front desk, clean and fresh in the hall and elevator, but rooms was kind a damaged. Housekeeping did not cleaned our room properly during the stay.
Overall good, comfortable hotel.

Один из лучших отелей Северной столицы

Впервые я остановился в отеле "Санкт-Петербург" в 2019 году, в ноябре. В этом же месяце, но уже 2021 года я вновь проживал в данном отеле и в том же номере (так получилось). Дежавю! И снова отпуск! Хороший отель, чистота,комфорт, уют, прекрасные рестораны, удобное расположение в центре города. Благодарю персонал за слаженную работу. Рекомендую. Если поедите в Северную столицу, останавливайтесь здесь!

Есть ложка дегтя в мёде...в номере постоянно работает вентиляция и дует ледяной воздух,при том,что батареи еле теплые.было очень холодно.подходили на рецепшн,просили исправить проблему,но она так и осталась неразрешенной.и ещё трэш-включался телевизор каждый час ночью.вот это ужас.на рецепшн сказали,типа выдерните провод из розетки на ночь и всё))).типа глюк нашей системы.но об этом надо предупреждать.и тем более если холодно и люди жалуются,то решить и переселить в другой номер.но нет.ничего никто не решал.
А так в целом отель не плохой.завтрак отличный.еды и места всем хватало))).но то,что бассейн для гостей платный это ужас.везде в мире все для гостей бесплатно,а тут 2 часа 1500 рублей.такое только в России возможно.
А что очень понравилось,так это расположение отеля.локации просто сказочные.видимо на это и ставка,а в остальном трава не расти)).нельзя так с людьми.

This is my favorite hotel in this city. Gorgeous view from room 919. Lived here from 23 to 26 May 2021. Peace of mind and comfort throughout your stay. The food is delicious. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel.

Pros:

Останавливались на 1 ночь, отмечали годовщину свадьбы. Все ооочень понравилось! Сотрудники отеля очень внимательные и всегда с пониманием идут на встречу. Предложили бесплатно повысить класс номера с "улучшенного стандарта" до "делюкс".

Pros:

Everything just perfect. Perfect location ,not far away from city center. Comfortable rooms with beautifull view.Friendly stuff at the reception,bars and managening. Tasty breakfest. Wonderfull tasty restaurant at top of the building.

Участвовал в большом конгрессе. Было удобно, поскольку жил в гостинице и там же было мероприятие. Однако залы для секционных мероприятий маловаты. Завтрак (шведский стол) - 750 рублей. Дороговато! Особенно для тех, кто ограничивает себя в калориях. Однако была альтернатива: можно попить чай или кофе в номере. Присутствовал электрочайник и регулярно пополняли пакеты с чаем, кофе и сахаром.
