Bad experience
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

My reservation was changed without my authorization to a different room to accommodate one person only and not three as paid for in advance. I was told that there were no other rooms available for multiple occupants. I was forced to look elsewhere in the city for available rooms and had to pay more money. I am hopeful to receive a refund from Booking.com.

Cons:

The property had a a lot of crazy people around, very scary to walk around at night. The bathroom floor was covered in water when we walked into our room.
