Nothing extra, bare minimum at best
Pros:

No charging ports, no coffee maker, no phone or alarm clock, a lot of freeway noise , questionable area and questionable parking lot . Room seemed clean but entire area very sketchy.

Overall was a very nice place to stay was near everything. All staff was very welcoming and friendly. We will be return
Pros:

This was very close to the beach also had a renovated room so that was nice. It was spacious and way accessible to my room

Cons:

They didn’t have a microwave or coffee maker in room even at cheap rooms they normally have that.

Pros:

Room was clean, place was under a lot of construction but with what has already been fixed, looks amazing. Rooms have awesome views.

Cons:

A large number of parkings were unavailable due to the trucks and machines used to upgrade the place. Security was able to accommodate us to park and unload our stuff.

It was okay. Do something about the front desk gentleman. He needs better training.
Pros:

The newly remodeled rooms. The upgrades are nice. Housekeeping staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The person that checked me in was not friendly. He sent me to a room that was filthy. So I came back and told him. He replied by saying "well it hasn't been cleaned yet" I told him, obviously. I am not checking into a room that hasn't been cleaned. Can I please get a clean room. Which he did, reluctantly. They were remodeling the rooms which was not fun but understandable. But what wasn't understandable is they let the construction workers take most of the hotel guests parking. So we couldn't park by our rooms.

Pros:

Have stayed here many times. Always working for us.
Have remodeled some rooms and they were due. Could probably park a trailer here. But not many.
