Pros:

La ubicació, l'esmorçar i el personal.

Cons:

El llit supletori una mica dur, però vam demanar un "sobrematalàs" i ens el van portar tot d'una.

Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum, bezpośrednio przy stacji przesiadkowej metra. Możliwość zarezerwowania miejsca w garażu.

Cons:

Brak suszarki do włosów. Brak w pokoju sprzętu do prasowania.

Pros:

Rooms where great, beds good. Very quiet.
Shower was a cute round shower with a surprise chandelier in the ceiling!!
Staff very helpful.
And a great location. Close enough to train station where we both arrived from and departed from.
The included breakfast was absolutely great, so many choices! And something for every diet or taste.

Cons:

Small room for suitcases, to store our travel bags before being able to check in to our rooms.
But we did get our bags in!

Recomendo o hotel pela localização, conforto e café da manhã. Voltaria a me hospedar
Pros:

Café da manhã maravilhoso! Comida super saborosa, muitas opções, alimentos frescos. Localização excelente, ao lado de estação de trem e metrô, fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos.

Cons:

Chuveiro é um pouco apertado, padrão Europa, mas que não compromete a estadia.

Den centrale beliggenhed.

Cons:

Alt for dyrt, alt for dårligt! Værelset var meget slidt, tv'et var gammelt og uden mulighed for at streame/caste - og vigtigst af alt var sengene alt for bløde!
Jeg havde bevidst valgt et værelse med vindue, der kunne åbnes, men det stank af friture fra baggården, så det var ikke en mulighed at lufte ud på værelset. Ligeledes var der meget larm fra gården startende 05.30 om morgenen.
Jeg fortryder virkelig mit valg af hotel og vil ikke anbefale det til nogen.
Forresten fandt jeg også et stykke plastik i purløgene til morgenmaden.

Super Lage, gutes Frühstück, professioneller Service an der Rezeption, aber leider mehrere Mängel
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut zentral und alles ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Frühstücksraum erinnert an ein kleines französisches Bistro, und das Frühstücksbuffet ist grosszügig und bietet eine gute Auswahl.
Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns Max an der Rezeption: ausgesprochen freundlich, sehr lösungsorientiert und auch bei mehreren gleichzeitigen Reklamationen sehr professionell. Er hat unsere Situation zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit gelöst. Ein Mitarbeiter, den sich das Hotel unbedingt erhalten sollte!

Cons:

Besonders ärgerlich war die Parkplatzsituation: Trotz bestätigter Reservierung wurde unser Parkplatz während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts gleich zweimal an andere Gäste vergeben.
Unsere beiden Doppelzimmer (Superior Zimmer!) waren sehr klein, dunkel und ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten, zudem war die Beleuchtung (insbesondere im Bad) viel zu schwach. In einem Zimmer fehlte bei der Dusche die Abdichtung, sodass beim Duschen das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser stand.
Insgesamt stimmte für uns deshalb das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht.
